A luxurious hotel in the De Pijp neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The location of the hotel was easily accessible and in a cool and vibrant neighbourhood. The design and decor of the hotel were modern and stylish, and the atmosphere in the public area's reflected this theme. The customer service I experienced at the hotel was excellent and of a very high standard from most employees who seemed to have a real passion for the work they did. The room was of a very high standard, and I enjoyed a very comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent, with both a continental and hot service, accompanied by a huge selection of juices and hot drinks. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is located in De Pijp, which is a great location to experience all of Amsterdam. Hotel is within walking distance to the Rijksmuseum, but also close to great restaurants and cafes. Location is also still somewhat unknown to the American cruise ship and Asian group tours--so remains a great place to escape the hordes of tourists. Food is wonderful. Bar is excellent. Staff is always helpful. I stay here on business and it is the perfect place to experience Amsterdam but also make sure I'm rested for meetings.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful service. Rooms are very nice and breakfast is good and luxurious. The hotel is just outside the city centre, but there is a subway just around the corner, making public transport easily accessible from the hotel.

First time to Amsterdam & we stayed right where it happens. Well for us anyway. Up and coming loads of bars, shops, the market, cafes. Plus where we stayed did not have no idea of how popular at night. Must book ahead, even for drinks. Not far from Reijks. Heineken experience. To be honest a good area and trendy hotel. Denim gowns given. Nothing a problem. Nice & quiet even with front of hotel with scaffolding. Definitely going back up Amsterdam & more than likely here. Good find. Thank you!!!

We stayed for only one night. Upon arrival Karina was so kind to provide me instructions on the COVID-19 protocol. Some services were reduced such as bottled water in the room, eliminated paper (room service menu) but services were still available only upon request by us. Loved how consistent they were despite the whole pandemic outbreak. They offered me a glass of prosecco. When we entered the room, we were allocated to a corner room with stunning views of the entire city. The balcony was beautiful to enjoy breakfast and soak up some Dutch sun. Check out: smooth and fast. Appreciated the late check out. Compliments to Paula and Davide. We had an amazing time!
