4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This is a small (30-roomed) hotel on the outskirts of town and a short tram journey to the city centre. Very friendly staff and welcoming approach to their guests. This unusual 'boutique' hotel is located in a building serving other businesses, another hotel and residential apartments and having a central atrium. The restaurant is limited to serving breakfast only

I was in Amsterdam for one night and I wish I could have stayed there many more nights. The staff was very welcoming, even offered a free beer in the fridge of my room. A great welcome gift after a long day of visiting. The concept in interesting as the hotel is in the same building as apartments and another... More

First of all, I have very impressed by the hotel contacting me through email with details about arriving on the day of check-in. Finding the building was not so difficult, although the entrance is a bit strange the first time around. Once we figured out how to get to reception (which on the 4th floor), I was amazed at how... I really wanted to like this place. The location is excellent, and the overall design is hip. Our room unfortunately was a major disappointment: small, dark and poorly designed. The design issues, beyond the lack of light, are first that the bed is placed at an angle so that access to one side is quite difficult. If you tend to... More

Well, there is no more 2014 calendar to choose, but I stayed in this hotel in June 2014. Hotel service was excellent at all. Very nice customer service all the time. Rooms very clean and gorgeous... Very quiet place to go for business if you want. The hotel has restaurants around and is about 10min walking distance to get the... More

My mistake, we should have read the information better. As it said it a hotel situated in a building with four other hotels and private Buildings. So the reception is on the fourth florr (when you find it) our rooms were at the second floor. The "reception" and breakfast was in the same room, a bit smaller than my living... More

This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel, more like a hostel to me. Reception and rooms are on 4th floor n 2nd floor of a residential appartments. Shared patio downstairs is not clean (smelly when you entered the front gate). Room is not as what it was shown in the picture. You can't open the curtain because people walk in... More

Dear Ms Simatupang, Sorry that we couldn't fulfill your expectations. Yes, we are indeed part of a residential complex which we really enjoy. I understand that it doesn't match with the expectations of some of our guest. For me it serves a great experience to the local life in Amsterdam. Talking about the safety, we are located in one of... More

I stayed for 2 nights in a single room. The room was small but comfortable. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. There were coffee making facilities and a free minibar which consisted of a bottle of Heineken, bottle of water and two cans of soft drink. This is a nice touch. The minibar fridge could have been...
