Firstly, the hotel is in a perfect location. The main attractions are in a walkable distance, and about a 20min walk from the Centraal station. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there are restaurants around that do, they open at 10am. I was a bit...More
After reading the reviews on here I was nervous about my booking, however, it was not that bad. The room is basic, and really could do with a small fridge, or even a kettle, as navigating the stairs every time you want a coffee is...More
When booking amenities were checked and bed and breakfast stated. Arrived at the hotel after paying upfront to be told that the hotel was being refurbished and that during the day would be some noise and no breakfast. No word of discount or any form...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring

The hotel should get shut down. I was there May 2017 with some of my friends. The hotel is complete filth. The stairs are very dangerous and steep. The rooms are dirty and you can just feel how dirty the hotel

He Doesn’t know how to talk to customer politely and I told him he needs to speak to customers properly and be polite especially if customers have been told the wrong information, he gets angry and tells customers different prices
