Staff were so lovely and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was amazing!! Heating was on too. It was far enough away from city to not be too noisey but not too far from centre to walk. The TV kept turning on in the middle of the night 🤔 Only con was not having any glasses for water or...

Good localisation, near from Leidseplein, calm neighborhood, garden nearby... But stairs are so long, so hard, and so dangerous ! Therefor, it wasn't very clean. In fact, there was nail on the floor. Good bedding, but the room was very small. Shared bathroom, with another room. It's not convenient.

They tried to put me into a basement room which was dirty and had very little daylight. Staff was very friendly and apologising. Alternative room was with more light but nails standing out of carpet and it felt overall very cheap. By all comparisons in Amsterdam (stayed in A'dam) more than 30 times the worst value. Location is perfect I...

The Heineken experience and not too far to walk to the central Close to really good bars and restaurants as well. We weren't sure what to expect based on reviews but this hotel is basic but good. Room was small, but we...

The rooms are tiny and located at the end of a terribly dangerous staircase. There is barely enough room to put your luggage on the floor. The "bathroom" is a wet room, which creates a huge mess and feels very unclean. The location was good but still not in the city centre, so next time I would pay a little...

Location is good but all the rest is bad for the price paid. Very expensive hotel for a tiny bedroom, uncomfortable bed and old toilet where the shower is just part of the floor space so all the floor turns into water after showering. Is is also very noisy, you can hear the neighbors steps and all the staff talking...

Room was in basement. Heard a terrible noise outside the room and from the room above. Not cleaned every day, only the first day. Dangerous and narrow stairs. I was very disappointed. Never comming back to this "hotel". The employees in the reception were kind and polite
