My husband and I just got back home after spending 3 wonderful nights at the le Quartier Sonang. We had high expectations for this lodging after reading the reviews on tripadvisor and we are happy to report that our expectations were met and exceeded. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our gracious hosts, Frank and Oki, who...

As first time B&Bers, we experienced the great comfort and hospitality a room in a home can offer. We feel we might have set the bar impossibly high by staying at Le Quartier Sonang. We stayed in the beautiful room facing the garden (Kamar Bidadari) which also faced the other homes backing onto the courtyard. This felt like we were...

Both my husband & I celebrated our birthdays in Amsterdam. We spent a lovely 5 days at Frank & Oki's establishment. The location is ideal in a quiet residential neighborhood , within walking distance to all the major attractions. Oki prepared us delicious healthy breakfast every morning- served in your room. I loved the ambience of the B&B & the...

What a wonderful place to stay in this enchanting city. We walked to the museums, restaurants and all the sites from this very comfy, clean and charming room—the Chambre de Ville. Its large windows face a quiet, picturesque street. Oki and Frank were like old friends, giving great recommendations and bringing us fresh croissants and fruit to go with our...

We read all the fabulous reviews on Trip Advisor and we were thrilled that they were all true. The B&B is run by Frank and Oki and unfortunately Oki was out of town during our stay. Frank was a great host and helped us find everything in the city. He gave us recommendations on restaurants and I think we tried...

My husband and I stayed in this lovely B&B for 3 nights at the end of June. We stayed in the Kamar Bidadari - a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. The ensuite bathroom was fantastic and spotlessly clean. A delicious breakfast was brought directly to our room every morning by Oki. The B&B is located...

We stayed a week at Le Quartier Sonang, and were well pleased we chose it. Our room, Kamar Bidadari, overlooked the flora-packed courtyard. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the sunny balcony a real bonus at breakfast time. Speaking of breakfast... fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, yoghurt, honey, jams, either cheese or eggs, croissants, delicious breads...

What can I say that hasn't been said before. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed thoroughly. Oki is the idea person to run a B&B. On arrival we were given maps and a run down of Amsterdam and it's highlights and history. This included a variety of restaurants within walking distance of the property. I was also fortunate and...

Having spent 2 wonderful nights here we were very sad to leave Le Quartier Sonang & a gloriously sunny Amsterdam behind. It is a gorgeous little B&B near Vondel Park making it a little oasis of calm in a city which offers many distractions. Our room (Kamar Bididari) was beautifully decorated & had the added bonus of a balcony which...
