Staff is really friendly and you can't beat the location. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good with hot water. Walls are thin and rooms are really small, but what's the suprise there? It's a 3 star hotel in the middle of a city. Nice place to stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was close to Central train station which made it easy to get a tram...BUT, there was very little room to put any clothes anywhere, and we stacked our suitcases in The closet otherwise we could not around the bed. So it was not easy, as we really couldn't unpack anything. The carpet needs cleaning, and although the bed linens and towels were clean, I reached up to put a towel over the tile by the shower and it had not been dusted up there for a very long time. Would look for a nicer hotel if ever in Amsterdam again.

Friendly staff and good location but the price of this hotel does not reflect the quality of the rooms. Bathroom had a cracked button to flush. There were stains on the carpet and for such an expensive room I would have expected a lot more ………..

Stayed here for a quick trip to explore the city. Firstly, at check in and the entire stay, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but I would assume all Americans would say that. Otherwise the room was clean and had all we needed. Big shout out for the water pressure! The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the central train station which is only three stops from the airport….and within walking distance to so much to see and do and eat! Highly recommend!

Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights, we really enjoyed our stay. -very safe. Someone is at the front desk 24/7 and you have to be let in. It's very easy for you to get in and out. staff was very friendly -location is fantastic, 5 min walk from the central train station you can get anywhere. Near many restaurants, bars and main attractions. -our room was clean and surprisingly quite, very little noise. -best were comfortable, me and my wife are pretty tall too. -a few things that may bother some (I didn't really care, we were gone for most of the day) no remote for the TV, our lamp was missing a lamp shade. Shower was small but honestly for the location, it's kinda expected. Overall this place has everything you need, great location, safety and a great place to sleep! I would stay here again for sure

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay, the location is amazing for couples who want nightlife and to feel in the center of the city and with the feeling of Amsterdam. The room contains everything you need for a vacation, with more than excellent service. Special thanks to an employee named Romeo! He is a champion.

Five minutes walk and you can visit all Amsterdam. The hotel is comfortable, boys at the reception are very kind and professional, they solved all our little problems and gave us good advices. Ecco non ho altro da aggiungere ma non ho raggiunto i 200 caratteri e dirò che adesso ci dovremmo essere
