I left school this year and to celebrate I visited Amsterdam with my (then) best friend. We booked this hotel through Thomas Cook travel agent and found it was a reasonable price. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. It was so easy to get to with a train from the airport and a walk from Centraal allowed us... More

The location in Rembrandtplein is absolutely great! It's surrounded by a ton of restaurants and bars and is very centrally located to all the other major sights in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere! It's also easy to take the train from the airport to the tram directly to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room... More

Stayed here with 6 friends in two triple rooms. The hotel is right in the middle of Rembrandtplein, which was really good for us as 18 year olds as we wanted to go out to the clubs/bars in the evening. The rooms are cleaned and refreshed everyday, and there is a mini fridge with 28 items for €2 each (I... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Easy to get to from airport. Take the intercity express from airport to central station €5.40 then take tram 4 or 9 drops you 20m from hotel. Hotel is located in the centre of a very noisy square. Really amazing everything on your door step. Several pubs and clubs and shopping. So much places to... More

The Atlanta hotel is in a great position for seeing the sights of Amsterdam, it was clean, and had friendly staff. However, it has some drawbacks. The stairs to the reception are very steep and have narrow treads which makes carrying bags up and down difficult, the room we had was very small, only 2 metres wide, and as it... More

Fabulous location, though situated by the loudest square in Amsterdam, where it only gets quieter after 5 a.m. I don't think my weekend in Amsterdam was much enhanced by staying at this hotel, but overall I found staff very helpful and courteous. Atlanta Hotel is in obvious need of investing some time and cash to update it, but was very... More

Small room but very clean, with en suite shower room. Ours was on first floor overlooking rembrandt square which is very lively until early hours of the morning, but once windows are shut noise is minimal. Staff were really friendly and helpful, tea and coffee available 24 hours and only 1 euro which is cheap! Mini bar with drinks and snacks... More

We stayed here for three nights. Its location was excellent. Very close to everything! We could walk to the main attractions, so it was very convenient. The hotel is very basic. We had to share the bathroom and the shower in our floor (they were always clean), but we had a sink in the room. We were out most of... More

My wife and I stayed in this little hotel for 3 nights, we had a wonderful time. Yes is a little and old fashioned home style motel, but is very clean, very convenient due to its location and the people that work there is simply wonderful, so that will made your stay very pleasant. I guess, if you are considering... More

It's been a long time since I've stayed in a small hotel room with no facilities, but the Atlanta still has them. If you're not fussed about going down the corridor for the loor or shower room, then this place is fine - otherwise it's a bit pricey for what you get. The location is excellent with loads of bars...
