Friendly staffing, but not Dutch talking. Bed is good, wifi as well. Room was a bit old furniture, mainly carpet. No breakfast served in a lounge, only served on room, and not before 830am during the week. The place is great, at the Amstel river and in the center.

Booked on a mobile app 1 hour before turning up, place was clean large enough. I would recommend staying here if on a budget. Car Parking service was good - private company collects your car n drops it the next day for the cost of €30. All staff friendly an spoke good English

I payed 250 euro’s for two nights but only managed to catch 3 hours of sleep each night because the room did not have sound isolation. I could hear the club next door through the wall and the bar underneath all the way up into my room. I was given a room without windows (!), the hotel informed me that... More

Perfect location, room was perfect and clean. Staff were very nice. Totally unsure why people have left negative reviews previous, this hotel was 100% perfect to me. If I was to return to Amsterdam I would stay here again.

Stayed here 3 nights and was first time in Amsterdam. The hotel is within walking distance to everything and is in the canal. Under neath the hotel is the queers cafe which had loud music at night. We were in room 12 which is next to reception so you can hear everyone coming in and one night there was very... More

First the positive: fantastic location in walking distance from everything. Then all the bad stuff: We were promised a room for 3 with two twin beds. There were two single beds and a broken extra bed! We were promised breakfast buffet, a lousy continental breakfast was served - and not possible before 8:30. Car parking was outsourced to 3rd party.... More

Myself and two friends stayed here for 3 nights. We had a ball of a time. The location is perfect for all of your needs on a city break and the room was comfortable and clean. I had read some not so positive reviews about the noise levels and found those to be an exaggeration. You can hear a bit... More

We stayed in Room 12 immediately behind reception for a Friday and Saturday night. It was clean and had a good sized bathroom with a large shower. The shower had great pressure and was on a flexihose which was perfect. We had an electronic safe, a flat screen TV, fridge, Wi-Fi and hot dinks tray. There was no window as... More

Weekend in Amsterdam for my stag and we got to the hotel to find that it was above a gay nightclub called queer bar or something along them lines. But to be fair the hotel was OK, it was cheap and in a central location, so we could make the most of our stay. The loud music didn't stop to... More
