We stayed here for three days in September. The good: well located near the museums and the park. Room was very clean, bath was modern with a shower only. Very quiet at night, no trouble sleeping. Grocery store right around the corner. Host was very attentive, lives downstairs with his wife. He spent about an hour with us going over ways to get around the city. WiFi was available in our room. There are two rooms upstairs for rent. The room nearest the stairs is slightly larger. The bad: breakfast is a do it yourself affair with bread and cold cuts available in addition to fruit and yogurt. Unfortunately, due to city regulations, he is not allowed to have toasters, microwaves, or hot plates available. He does have a coffee maker. So no hot food for breakfast. Since the host is a student and his wife works full time, they are not at the property all the time. We lucked out the day we arrived as he had no classes that day so was able to meet us early in the day when we arrived. Otherwise you have to leave your bags out in the hall until he arrives late afternoon. The building is locked all the time, but there is a lockbox outside where you can get a key.

My experience with Flynt Bed&Breakfast was excellent. When we arrived Jimme gaves us and overview about the city so we could enjoy the most. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very cozy. The breakfast was a big plus, we could serve ourselves with everything we wanted from the fridge (there was waffles with Nutella too!). Very recommended

+ Communicaton: Really great, we had all information, what we need, before our stay. + Check-in: Ordinary check in is on 6PM. We were allowed to do check-in on 3PM with Jimme - thanks! + Location: The location is an advantage of this place. Everything is near - museums, Red Light district... Bus from the airport is here each 10 minutes. + Breakfast: Great, you have all what you need. You can use kitchen (coffee, tea) all day - it is really comfortable. - Whole building is little noisy and cold (we were there in December). No big deal. We enjoyed our stay, owner Jim was really helpful, he said us everything about city, recommend us place to visit, place to eat.
