I have been staying at this hotel on and off for nearly 20 years now and it is testament to Lisbeth and Eric who have been the managers here all that tine. It is always a pleasure to stay at the hotel and all the staff from the bottom to the top work as a team and nothing is ever...

What a pleasure to read and what are we lucky to have you as a returning guest. Surely we can only agree that the hotel does need a refreshment and keep our fingers crossed for the final answer from Paris if this will be done shortely. See you next time.

Okay, for the record: I'm a scouts girl so I'm okay with no hygiene. If you choose so. Seen as you pay €80 per night, I think you are entitled to a working toilet at least.. The beds were okay but.. The cushions were so small as if they were for children. There was only one plug so you can't...

I work for a coach company and stay at this hotel twice a week. I come here on my own after dropping passengers at Amsterdam. I find the rooms adequate and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I've walked into reception at 8am and at 1130pm, and the staff have always welcomed me with a smile. The trip...

Dear friendly coachdriver, The coachcompanies are a a basis for our hotel which we treasure . Not only for the business but also for the drivers whom we get to know and welcome them more as our friends then as our guests. They bring us gifts tell us stories and become part of us. Thank you for sharing this with...

Affordable clean rooms, good wifi, and no frills. It's very close to public transportation but is far away from the central area of Amsterdam. For example, 37 minutes by public transportation to get to the Rijksmuseum. Also, I think tour groups use this hotels because there were 3 coach buses parked in the lot when we stayed but luckily we...

Dear Guest Thank you for chosing our hotel and we appreciate your review. It seems a bit long 37 minutes to the Rijksmuseum for the metro brings you to the city centre in less than 20 minutes. But true waiting for a connection does take extra time. Though the hotel has a group now and then we are also used...

This is a bit long but really worth to mention… We stayed 2 times 4 night each time during Oct. The first time we got the rooms at the upper floor and it was really good, also the service was amazing, especially at the reception a guy named Luca, usually he’s there at the night shifts. He is the best...

Indeed we had a twice a 5 minute conversation, about the laundry and a shower when you were on your way out.. Kindly pass a thank you the ladies for the lovely cream they left for the laundry service. They...

I've been there in October with a friend. The hotel is nice. You have 2 coffes to go for free in your room every day and it's just awesome. Staff is really kind ,God Wi-Fi the hotel is in front of a Metro station so perfect to visit amsterdam if you don't want to stay in the city center. The...

The hotel is well kept, rooms are small, but clean and tidy and well soundproofed. The bathroom is surprisingly large and the fresh towels are changed daily. The hotel has a large free car park and is right next to the subway (metro line 53 - 20 mins to get to Centraal Station). Comfortable beds. Very good free WiFi. Friendly staff,...

Having had problems with our original accommodation and having virtually no options left due to a huge convention in town we didn't know anything about this hotel on booking. However, it was so easy and quick to reach from the city centre by metro and its park-side location meant it was lovely and quiet. The man at the reception when...

Worst placed I have ever stayed!! Rooms were disgusting, falling apart, reception staff rude, food poor. All came home feeling dirty and covered in bites. Would definitely not recommend staying here!!

Dear Guest, How to respond , something went terribly wrong during and with your stay. I have asked if the staff on duty if they could remember you or the complaints that you must have expressed at the reception. It was a very hot week and indeed there were a lot of mosquitos with the sun and the water behind...

The only reason we chose this motel was an accessible and free parking. I can highly recommend it if you wanna park your car safely and conveniently. Metro is literally in front of the motel so you can leave you car there and you can be in downtown in 25 minutes. The place has this "older US motel" vibe but...
