    Perfect place all you need for your stay in amsterdam, nice and close to the grasshopper 5mins walk and the red light district 10 mins which are a must see to all, staff are helpfull and they do offer bike rental there aswell, will be...More

    The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Beds were filthy, no hot water for a shower in the morning. Worst of all were the staff, everything was too much bother, its as if they were going out there way to start arguements.

    Only if you book for the night before you arrive. I suffered waiting for my room after a terrible trans Atlantic flight.

    Yes there is a lift. I used it every day to go up to our ro. but used the stairs coming down. the lift is small but totally adequate. you may have to take more than one trip with your luggage. it is a great hotel for seeing... More
