hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, hotel is very noisey due to it being on a busy street. rooms were small but clean with flat screen t v, no lift but is expected in old amsterdam buildings so unsuitable for disabled people.

My review might have been different had my friend not pulled out of coming with me and my boyfriend at the last minute. But as it stood we had a triple room for the two of us and it was great. After reading so many negative reviews I feared the worst, but was pleasantly surprised indeed with our room. The...

I stayed at the Quentin Arrive hotel this week for three nights on a girls holiday. I was feeling a bit nervous after reading reviews on this site but my fears were unfounded. We arrived into Amsterdam Centraal station and were at the hotel in 10 minutes. We attempted to check-in and the receptionist was busy with another customer. She...

This was a good hotel for our 23 hour airport layover. It was fairly close to the train station and so it was convenient to the airport train. We arrived at 9;30 a.m. and the front desk was nice enough to let us have one of our rooms early so we could stash our luggage and start stight-seeing. The rooms...

The dirty carpets really should be replaced with a flooring that can be better maintained. The biggest problem with this hotel, however, is the noise. Motorbikes / scooters, cars and party giers don't ever stop on the street in front of the hotel. Even with earplugs we couldn't sleep as the windows are single paned, so it sounded as if...

Stopped here for 6 nights, the hotel is ideally located so it can be easily accessed by anyone. One of the problems I experienced at the hotel is that it has no lift so can be abit of a challenge getting up the winding stairs. The rooms are very basic but we were after a room to sleep in at...
