It's not the owners fault or the people that run the hotel. It is very noisy due to inconsiderate guests slamming doorsand talking in the very tiny corridors. Very clean bathrooms and quite reasonably priced for the location. I would recommend for one night and for those on a budget.

Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast okay - nothing great. Renovations were going on when we stayed but they didn't disturb us and workman were happy to move so you could get passed them. We stayed for 3 days and our room Was never cleaned despite being told by the receptionist that they were cleaned every second day! Our rubbish... More

Don't stay at this hotel! It is noisy, uncomfortable and grossly OVER-PRICED. Its one and only advantage is being close to the railway station, but if you take a taxi to some nice hotel a little further away you can get away with half the price that Quentin Arrive charges. And please note: the hotel has no elevator!!

We arrived early and immediately knew we were in for a rough stay!! The booking we made was for 15 people, they insisted we had only booked for 13.... Luckily we had the printout, but the receptionist was arrogant and very shouty and unhelpful!!! The rooms were basic and clean but the bathroom facilities were awful!! Shared toilet was often... Only positives I could take from here was that the location was close to everything and the staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly would never go back. Noise levels were horrendous in and outside the hotel. People knocking on doors at stupid hours, other doors banging and people running around. I understand this is not the hotels fault. Communal shower... More

Where do I start with the good points which is location and they printed our boarding passes off and mattress was soft also shared shower and w/c was clean. Now the bad ridiculous amounts of noise from within the hotel and from the street below. No coffee/tea making facilities in room no towels. Breakfast shocking carpets up the stairs threadbare.... The hotel was located in a good central location although it still looked like a building site with open access to building work on each floor. The rooms were clean and tidy as well as the shared toilet and shower facilities but were only located on two floors (if you were on the 4th floor as I was you have... More

When we arrived, the hotel looked like it was still in the process of being built: wood, tools and pieces of carpet in every corner. The stairs were narrow and uneven (no elevator). The room was extremely basic with the thinnest walls I have ever encountered; we could hear our neighbours conversation. In the middle of the night, we also... More

Good things about the hotel are the location to the train station, Dam square and other tourist attractions. Our room 211 was absolutely fine - clean comfortable beds and bathroom. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment at this time but it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was only ok and there isn't a wide selection but the croissants were... More
