Good location, close to the train station, and right in the center. I would not say that the location is clean, maybe average. Doors and walls...really thick, you can hear every single noise from the stairs. Really difficult to get luggage up the stairs to the upper floors. Staff ...depends...some really nice ones or moody ones.

Had to trek up to the 4th floor but what a view! Room was clean on arrival. Had everything u could need for a basic stay. We only really slept there. No problems at all. 2 great coffee shops in spitting distance. Will let you drop your bags off earlier than check in time. Good little place.

We stayed here over night whilst visiting Amsterdam. We only booked here because of the good reviews but seen some awful photos but on arrival we were told me and 2 other friends were in the basement and the other 4 were upstairs. thinking the worse we went down to our room but was surprised with a large room with... If you have an extra £50 to spare, go geat AirBNB or a proper hotel. This "hotel" is more like a hostel and very very very basic. If you aren't very fussy about facilities though this is perfect for you. Wifi was very slow too so if you don't have free roaming, don't expect too much on their wifi.

This was supposed to be out crash pad for a night and it was exactly what we expected. A bit hard to find despite close proximity to train station. Room was small, our major issue was that it was in the basement. It was like being in a cave with a very small tiny window near ceiling. Room was ok,... More

Hotel is good, the rooms and bathrooms are big enough. There is also a huge dining room for breakfast. The location is unbeatable: coffee shops, creperies, and amazing restaurants, bakeries and shops are all within a short walking distance. It is also very close to the central station. There was construction going on which caused some mild inconvenience, but other... More

I didn't give the 5 starts I wanted to give due to the fact there were building works going on during the day and the reception was relegated to a tiny little desk off a side entrance. Otherwise, the sounds didn't carry through the walls, the staff were lovely, and their morning breakfast was great! Loved the coffee, really strong... More

You may see many reviews slating this hotel for being 'more of a hostel'. This suggests to me they really didn't read what they were booking! I was not suprised or dissatisfied due to being aware of hotel facilities. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage in their store both before and after checkout to save lugging...
