We had a tiny room at Hotel My Home, but we loved it. They were fine with us smoking in the room and we had no problems at all whilst here. The hotel is centrally located and quite small, but was fine for our purposes. I would not recommend this hotel for non-smokers or for people looking for a luxury...

Was so glad I had stayed there, I arrived early from Paris and he let me crawl into my bed quietly right before 8 am. Found the owners to be nice. All the people I met in my 3 day stay there were great. Had a good time talking to people in my dorm. Breakfast is good. It's in a...

Returned here after a year while booking a trip with the boys. Same hostel, same time last year and same type of holiday... Relaxation! Upon arrival, straight in, up the steep staircase (adds to authentic Netherlands hostel) into the lounge and greeted well. Quick details, payment and shown to room. First time located on the top floor and second time...

Hotel my home is in the center of Amsterdam, in the street you can find anything you need : shops, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops! We never took a bus or a metro during our stay ! Moreover bike rentals are around the corner! Tomiko and Chris make you feel at home. Thank you !

More Hostel than hotel we were five guys on a weekend hype. The hostel was just 7 minutes walk to the train station and was on a really cool and exciting road. The red light district etc was only a 25 minute walk and theres plenty open around late night for a coffee, food or munchies. The hotel staff were...

Very good location, the sheets were clean and the price was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They do have a cat living there, don't be surprised if Tarzan suddenly sits outside of your room! The rooms are smoking rooms, but I didn't really notice anyone smoking, except in the lounge area.

There are bedbugs, spots could appear ten days after being bitten, 25 bites for me.. The worst thing would be to have brought it back at home. We are rather uncomfortable with this, and it leaves a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.

It's allways fun to stay at this hotel! We stayed there allready 4 or 5 times... it is located at the best street "haarlemerstraat" with lots of coffee shops and also only 5 minutes from the city center. The rooms are small and simple but you can smoke inside and you pay much for one night!;) see you soon my...
