The hotel was great, just been refurbished and it is amazing. We stayed in the 3 bed room and it was a great size. Nice, clean and tidy. Bathroom was lovely. The view was great as was the location. The gentleman on reception was really nice. I recommend this hotel.

We went for a girls trip here last summer and this was not the place for us. Absolutely loved Amsterdam but the waterfront hotel was terrible. The rooms looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in an eternity. The bathroom stank of urine and was stained with god knows what. The receptionist was nice enough but that was really the...

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was fully renovated in a very classy way. The reception was very friendly and had answers to all my questions. The location is perfect, everything that Amsterdam has to offer is close by. Also, the bed was very comfy which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a hostel, first and foremost. You get a brilliant location and a place for your head for not much money. If that's what you want, that's pretty much what you get. I've stayed in a fair few hostels in my time and this is no different. In fact, the fact we got a fridge and a TV was...

For my money I paid, over 100 euros, I learned a valuable lesson: Booking.com is full of false reviews. 8.6 was the "verified" user review score on that formerly mentioned website. Should've looked on TA to get the truth. S/o and I showed up to a locked hotel with no one at reception. I called a number and was informed...

Squashed bugs on the walls, pubic hairs in the bed, dirty sheets, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or hoovered for weeks. Instantly had a break down when I seen how disgusting the room was. I have stayed in very budget places and all I ever expect is a clean room, this place was truly vile. Its great for...

I and my friend came to Amsterdam in late April and stayed at Waterfront hotel for one night. Generally we think that it's a good choice for us for below reasons: - Good price: We're from Asia. Everything in Europe is expensive for us, and hotel cost is not an exception. This hotel fee is reasonable (~75 euro/night/room/2pax). - Very...

AVERAGE if you want to just use it as a pit stop, POOOOR if you spend time in your room relaxing, great location, must like to walk, suited for young, "shops" close by are for young adults, poor décor, poor toilet cleanliness, bathroom needed to be cleaned, but receptionist helpful, easy to find, 15-20 min walk to Amsterdam train station,...
