I stayed at Hostelle Female Only Hostel as a solo female traveller in May 2016. The hostel is easy enough to find from the metro at Biljmer Arena. Just keep walking away from the arena straight on until you find the Lidl and then turn left under and overpass. I initially stayed in the 8 bed female dorm and then...

Arrived mid afternoon on 18th June! Was greeted by the rudest/most miserable receptionist ever!! Clearly had no interest in us at all didn't even get a smile. Horrible!!! Light in room didn't work and room was dirty! We moved hostels after one night (was meant to stay for three nights) as the hostel is not in a nice area! Would...

I had a very good stay. The hostel is really clean and safe . I would love to go back. The kitchen and the bathrooms were really clean and there were enough stalls for everyone in the showers. A bit away from the center but that only meant a 10 min ride on the Metro. Compared to the price per...

The Loacation far from Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena Station. Notice if want to take megabus do not stay here. Because I missed the bus because on Sunday the Metro started run at 8.33 am to Amsterdam Centrale. I don't know this circumstance so wasted time at the station for nothing as my megabus departed at 8.30 am. The staff friendly but...

Hostelle was far from the city center, which was easy to get to with the metro system. It was a pretty good value for the location, cleanness and security of the hostel. I would not recommend staying here if you were looking to party in Amsterdam. Overall, a great value (further away from the city center, but cheaper and clean).

Don't go to Hostelle if you want to make friends. During my stay at Hostelle, my friends and I were friendly and tried small talking with many of the people there, but people kept to themselves. Definitely a place to go to if you're looking for a quiet stay, but not a party hostel. Wasn't what we were looking for,...

Hostel is easy to locate. There are signs from the Biljmer station pointing to the hostel. Our room was good enough for 6 travellers, with enough room for things. They have a locker for your valuables. Bunk beds can be hard to climb. Additional electrical outlets per bed are needed. Amenities are good and complete. They have free toiletries for...

If I didn't search for the exact directions to this hostel I would have been lost. It a bit hard to locate. Directions to the hotel: Take the subway to Bijlmer Centrum, take the exit near Starbucks. As you exit you will see Hampton By Hilton on your right There is a large plaza and walk straight towards the shopping...
