There is a lot of space: you can chose where to put your tent and car. You can use a little kitchen and there is also a fridge! Sanitary gets cleaned 2 times a day. In the evening you can have fun in the restaurant/bar and if you need food or other stuff, you can buy it in the store.... More

The campsite location is quite good. There is quite a nice festival atmosphere there. The male staff in the reception area were slightly unfriendly. I was short changed on three occasions when buying from the shop and a camping place. Luckily I noticed at the time. I would like to think it was an accident. I did have the thought... More

We stayed here for five nights in April in our campervan. It's a good location for visiting Amsterdam which you can walk or take the nearby tram to. Good facilities with restaurant/bar, shop and several shower/toilet blocks. Staff very helpful. As we were self catering, we only had one meal in the restaurant and it was very nice. Lots of... Third time here but my first time camping, the site offers good facilities, accommodation and a location well out of the city itself to relax after a day in the dam. Gets busy on the weekends so quiet hard to get a good spot but is a popular place for many travelers in a warm and freindly atmosphere. The bar... More

I highly enjoyed my stay at the campsite in June. The facilities were clean, staff were friendly and downtown could be easily reached in 15-20 minutes by tram. Despite being an affordable campsite however, the prices in the bar and shop are relatively high, and is worth noting given that there are no other shops nearby.

We originally thought it was difficult to get to the centre but the friendly staff showed us that it was actually quite easy if you take the right trams. The campground for our tent was quite small but was well maintained. All facilities were excellent, including wifi and the on site shop. Having a night guard at the gate made... More

We had a wonderful stay in terms of company in the camping and ambiance. The bathrooms were always clean and they had wonderful showers. However, staff were not so friendly...some of the guys that worked in the reception were really rude.

I recently visited this camping site with friends in August. I stayed 2 nights on tent. The camping site was overcrowded, it was difficult to find place for tent and especially for car if you owed it. There was long queue for shower, basically around 8-10 am. Therefore, its wise either to wake up early or go for shower during... More

Came here for a few nights with friends. All seemed fine at first. Got to the wagons and they were ok at best, the lights were very very dim and wagons were generally quite dirty. However, the staff were very rude! Calling us liars after we had to pay for a new key, shouting at us to move our chairs... More

Lauren, thank you for taking the time to write a review on tripadvisor. A holiday should be a fun and relaxing experience, and i am sorry we where not able to contribute to this. Generally we only give out one key for every room, if i recall correct you, or one of your friends, needed a 2nd key since the... More

Just recently visited the camp site and stated in a 2 person wagonette with my boyfriend. The wagonette was spacious and the beds were comfy. The room shut out sound from outside quite well and stayed warm during the night. There is plenty of storage space inside and the front decking was great for sitting out of an evening. The... More
