We loved the surrounding area and the staff couldn't have been more helpful but I wasn't impressed with the room at all. We had to climb 3 very steep flights of stairs (standard in a traditional Amsterdam building) only to discover that I paid over £200 for 3 nights in a box. Literally enough room to squeeze past the bed...

Stayed here with 5 friends last weekend. Hotel was really nice, rooms were clean and modern. Good value for money. Showers were nice and hot and had great pressure although we didn't have a shower curtain so everything in the bathroom got soaked. Our rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the stairs to the bedrooms were very small...

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2016, and we were very happy indeed. It's nothing special, but it's perfect for a city break. The room was basic, but offered everything you'd need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also situated in a beautiful area, which makes the hotel seem much nicer...

Small hotel on the outskirts of the centre that was a bit of a treck from the centre that said the teams are cheap and reliable to get into the centre. For the price it was worth it - the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. There's a really beautiful park near bye that's worth a visit and...

A privately owned Hotel, not far from the Museum Square (2 stops on tram No.2, with a stop 100 m. from Hotel). The room is spacious, with large bed, chair and table, with extra arm-chair and small table, ample wardrobe, a luggage rack and a small flat screen TV. A bit noisy in the morning, when the tram, that passes...

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Checking in took a really long time. The stairs up to the rooms are extremely narrow and steep - luckily I only had a small case. The wifi was absolutely shocking. I was on the top floor and it was not possible to even maintain a messaging conversation let alone browse...

This was a nice hotel the beds were very comfortable, although I asked for a second pillow as they only provided one and they didn't have any more. They also only provided one towel, this was a problem when washing my hair. We stayed in room one and every time the people in the room above moved it was very...

A good hotel to stay in on a budget. The tram stop is about 1 minute walk away from the hotel itself which is very covivent. The hotel itself is quite dated and the breakfast area is not of high quality. The breakfast was minimal and not very nice I would advise against it as also it's only served between...

Honestly, when I looked on the 1 star reviews on Trip Advisor I was really nervous about going to this hotel but I have to say, when I arrived the hotel went above and beyond what I expected! Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice temperature room and the bathroom facilities were lovely! Also the TV with MTV, Comedy Central and BBC1...
