Loacation was perfect, beds were really soft and comfy, was a bit dated had no access to kettle or microwave etc, door lock of balcony was broken and limited plug sockets, all aside I would still return and stay at this hotel again

Had little space in the room and got twin beds instead of double bed which was requested during booking. The hotel has very steep stairs and there is no lift in the building which wasn't specified in the hotel's profile in the booking.com website. Carrying the luggage to the fourth floor was a huge pain.

I read some bad reviews about this hotel from this site so I wasn't expecting much, but when I got there I was pleasently surprised! Yes the stairs are a bit daunting .. they are steep but no way should it stop you from staying at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, walking distance to trams and cafes...

The rooms are always clean and warm, i had a double one with a beautiful view of the leidsegracht canal. Loved it! I will return there maybe. Not a 5 stars hotel but very comfortable and cheap considering the position

Typical old building with small space, extremely steep staircase, no lift to the 4th floor. Just the absolutely necessary facilities. Excellent public transfer on affordably price. Reasonable value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located. It is very closed to the Rijksmuseum and along a nice canal. The room for 2 twin beds costs 93,45€. Unfortunately, I could not pay with my maestro card and for the visa I had to pay 5 % more. This hotel looks more like a youth hostel...

Bed was not comfortable at all, the wifi didn't give signal. Over all, for the price it was a good place to stay just to sleep or to take a shower. It is not a place to be if you want to do a lot of life inside the room, but just to sleep (eventhough the beds were uncomfortable) it's...

Toilet was blocked. Someone PARTIALLY fixed it. The TV remote did not work, and staff didnt bother with it. So more time left to get on bed and reach to change channels. Great. Its a 2 star hotel but come on, how can you mess up on the basics.

Problems with heat and hot water. As in, there was none for the most of our first day. Heard from other customers that it had been out since overnight. Almost left. Very old facility. Crazy tight and terrifying stairs! We did not really enjoy our stay at this facility.
