First room was a kip, tv didn't work, bare walls, horrible overhanging light and uncomfortable mattresses. second room no 6 was much better. However, although another room was provided by staff when it was requested. When we returned from a day out the staff member (manager) was insulting and very unprofessional. Although he was in the wrong, he eventually gave... More

I did raise my complaint to the hotel - the reception said they had forwarded my mail to the manager who would reply, but more than two weeks later I still haven't received any message from the manager. (Responsible, isn't it? Eh..)... More

We had to pay 36 euro a day for local on street parking, the hotel said they could direct us to 8 euro a day parking but that was a tram ride away. The location of the hotel was brilliant and the... AVOID!! I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Hotel Amsterdam Inn. The location was okay, however it was quite far from the centre of things! There was no real reception and I felt that the check in process was very impersonal. There are quite steep stairs up to the rooms (expected in Amsterdam). We immediately noticed that... More

Very disappointing very poor in quality. Basically a hostel with a little less cleanliness. But you do have your own bog. Massive amounts of stairs, on the left. Cleanliness was marginal and I have stayed in clean the hostels. Single bad w massive amounts of stairs, on the left. Cleanliness was marginal and I have stayed in clean the hostels.... More

terrible hotel. First of all they won't stop sending these emails so I suppose I'll just keep writing this review on every website possible. We got there at 12pm, apparently check-in was at 4pm, so we wanted to walk around town, were told to leave our luggage at a nearby hotel, without any protection over our luggage, just left it...
