We stay there for a few days. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to canals and night life. Walking distance 25 min from a train station. 4 min from metro and bike rent shop. Plenty restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend

Position: the position was great, near the Rembrandtplein. Sleep: our room was on the opposite side of the square where the hotel faces, so it was very little noisy. If you close the windows, you will have no problem. Staff: they were pleasant.

The Imperial is so well positioned in regards to everything we wanted to see and do in Amsterdam. Our room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This hotel is good value for money but if you can't manage stairs this is not the place for you.

expensive but clean and very close to center of Amsterdam. close to rembrant square and Utrecht Straat. There is no elevator but staff took my bags up and down. Tram number 4 and 9 from central station bring you very close to the hotel.

Arrived at the station and followed the directions given by the hotel which were easy to follow (I highly recommend getting the tram!) Hotel itself was fine, room was spacious but basically furnished, Bathroom was clean and functional. Beds were a little narrow and did not reflect those pictured on their site. Do not disturb sign on the door and...

Right in the heart of the city, no complaints about the room. In the middle of tons of the restaurants. We only spoke English and the employees at the hotel were very helpful when it came to the questions we had.

The negatives outweigh the positives. We stayed Sunday night and it was extremely noisy until the small hours from the bars and disco nearby. The website says that rooms at the front are tolerable with the windows closed but that is not the case. I am not a light sleeper! The hotel makes out that it offers breakfast but it...
