I spent £380 for 4 night here. That's nearly £100 a night. I left after the first night to go somewhere else. For the money, it was rubbish. I got a basement room which was too hot to stay in. It couldn't be turned down. So they gave me a 'room' at the back of the building, which

Stayed in the Quentin this weekend. Standard twin on the 3rd floor! not one fault with the room, very clean which is a big thing for myself and the missus, bed sheets clean... bathroom not as small as people previously have stated plenty of room with a very good waterfall shower.

Arrived for a 3 night stay for a well deserved brake, got a twin basement room. As we walked in we were instantly hit with the smell of sewage! Room was very small with the beds pushed together, 2 little stools and a table, no window besides a 10” pretend window which when opened

I know I booked a “budget” room, but I have stayed in “budget” accommodation before (even in Amsterdam) but nothing comes close to how horrendous this hotel is.

The room was so hot that I couldn’t possibly sleep. A dirty, noisy fan had to be turned up to maximum but still did n

i see some review like, must avoid this hotel, never come back, dont stay at the room in first floor, etc. but i wonder if i can avoid the worst single room via online reservation. i think its depending on your luck tho. i visited ams many times and staied around here. but i dont remember this hotel. so... can someone tell me which room should i avoid, and how bad was that, and if theres a garden where i can smoke. thanx.
İ did not remember the worst room. But only 2 rooms have a balcony. So you should reserve them to smoke.

Hello, may I know if the hotel can offer any smoking room? Thanks!
Do you know why they gave you a free upgrade? It's because the budget rooms are in the basement and are disgusting and they have been heavily criticised for this - including by us.
Do you have parking available. If so, is it free or what is the charge?
I don't remember the hotel having parking but there was a Q Park (think it was called Byzantium) quite close to the hotel. Not sure of how much it costs but it might help you out!

Are there safes available. Thx
We didn't have a safe but we did leave valuables in the room albeit not on open display without any issues.
