I stayed at The Albus hotel with my boyfriend for valentine’s day and it was so lovely! We had drinks on arrival and they even had a rose waiting in the room, all in all the staff where amazing and so friendly, and it made our trip really special! We will definitely be back!

Good morning, Yes you can take a taxi, make a price before you leave. Or very easy by public transfer. First the train to Amsterdam Centraal and than you can take tram number 24, end station Munt Plein. See you soon! Warm regards, Bart Pastoor Operations Manager

hi, we have stayed here 3 years in row.......never had balcony. Never needed one. The whole hotel experience is just top notch. Champagne on arrival and so easy to get upgrade. Be friendly and well Irish and you get treated even better. Heineken Beer on tap in room is...........luxury

Hi, Thank you for your question. The hotel is 100% non-smoking. If you book the tripadvisor deal you will always get the upgrade when booking a standard room. If you book a king then there is a matter of subject to availability. If all the suites are booked, we can not offer an upgrade also if you already have booked the suite. Dear Sindie, When guests are checking in we ask the full amount by check in. We only ask €50 extra per person when guests do not have a creditcard as a garanty for perhaps extra costs. I hope to have informed you well. Kind regards, Bart Pastoor
