The location was awesome, you can get easy to public transport with just 1-2 minute walk. Really nice staff which will make your stay comfortable. The shower water pressure is very poor and the rooms are relatively small.

The Eden is ideally located near restaurants, coffee shops and trams. I have stayed there a number of times over the course of 3 years. Unless you plan on sitting in your room all day, drinking tea and surfing the web I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. The concierge (I his name is Rob), is amiable, professional...just... More

Booked the hotel a few months ago after looking at various different options. The pictures of the rooms online look very good, but as always in reality the rooms are not really worth the price. I could not justify paying even more money for a canal view as it was expensive enough as it was, so our view was straight... More

We booked one of the apartments belonging to the hotel. Access was from the street and included a climb up four flights of stairs which become increasingly steep but it was manageable for us. The apartment had a a lounge, a kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. A bonus was a Nespresso coffee machine which... More

The Hotel location is Excellent. Just a few feet walk to the ICE COLD Bar with its Famous ice bar. Right on the canal and a walk to Gassan Diamonds, the flee markets and the Portuguese Synagogue. About the room! Our bed was jammed into the smallest room with window looking at brick wall with a window looking straight back... More

I traveled wit my work college for business meetings last week and we needed place in central location. It costed us €175 a night per room but convenience was important. We arrived aroun 10pm after whole day of meetings and we were greeted by friendly staff. Rooms on 3rd floor were terrible. I am not fussy person but I've never... More

Have stayed here many times over the past 10yrs. I have also stayed in quite a few other hotels. This one is my favourite because the beds are the most comfortable , the staff are friendly and I love the surrounding area 😎

Very friendly staff. Great bar. Nice and clean rooms. In total very good energy at the place, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. We will be back again to this hotel when we visit Amsterdam next time.

The hotel location is excellent. We had a beautiful room at the front of the hotel overlooking the canal. The transport is very easy, the tram being located a short walk away. It is very easy to access all the sites of Amsterdam from this location and there are plenty of interesting restaurants very close by
