I was advised to choose this hotel from my cousin who was previously in Amsterdam and i didnt regret it. It is a little far from the strict center but we didnt mind it since we rented bicycles so few kilometers of distance was something we didnt mind. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other parts of amsterdam which were way out of our per-night budget. For someone who is not looking for too fancy sleep and needs a clean place to rest, sleep and shower I would highly recommend.

It was clean, but really old and just needs a whole revamp! I stayed in the Hilton last time but went for a cheaper option and would rather pay that little bit more and also be in the town! This was costing us in a taxi 30/40 euros per taxi to the town you could jump on a tram which would only take 20 mins but it was so set back, I’d never stay this far out again as I like to be central and also wanted a higher class hotel (didn’t expect much more for the price tho) I think it was OK for people on a budget or lads who aren’t really bothered!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Customer Service is so bad. We booked through booking.com and had to go from 9 till 13th April. The booking agency suggested to contact the hotel for refund/postponing booking.Obviously due to a WORLDWIDE pandemic, our airport closed down and we could not go. I was emailing for so long. They said they would change the dates if I did it through the agency, but when the agency called them they did not accept. I called there myself and they were stating several procedures which did not make sense. All we needed was for them to change the date. IS THAT SUCH A DIFFICULT TASK? €755 down the drain and all the time they were making us believe that they would do it but they had so many excuses. All the hassle for nothing. Such a shame.

Smoking not allowed. Yeah, right. Get your stuff at the front desk, when you run out. So you don't have to go to the centre. Rooms are unhygienic. No, replacement of bedsheets during my stay. Food is a waste of time and money. Mcdonalds is better.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked to stay here for a weekend. I could not attend my booking, I called and emailed to cancel my booking and they did not respond or answer the phone until the day after i was due to arrive. They then emailed me to say they wouldn't give me even a partial refund. I asked could we change the dates for an additional fee. They then stopped responding to my email. When i rang them i spoke to an extremely rude receptionist who continued to speak over me, patronize and laugh down the phone at my situation. They told me it was nothing to do with them and then attempted to charge me a further €40 for my late cancellation.
