Close to the Leidseplein and the Vondelpark, surrounded by art, culture and countless shops, is Park Central, where we are open to everything new. The contemporary, elegant design features interior pieces from local design studios GHYCZY and Urban Nature Culture. Park Central Amsterdam stands for comfort, in harmony with Old Dutch heritage and modern design. From morning till evening, you can enjoy a drink or bite at one of our two culinary hotspots, MOMO Restaurant, Bar and Lounge and Bar Claes. There’s no need to pause your routine when you stay with us—our gym is yours, 24/7. We also recommend you stretch your legs in Vondelpark, Amsterdam’s magnificent 120-acre public park, which is on our doorstep. We’ve got the other kind of park covered, too—leave your car in our private facility or at the nearby QPark Byzanthium.

Park Centraal Amsterdam, part of the Sircle Collection, garners praise for its prime location, favored by many for its closeness to key attractions and public transport, ideal for guests eager to explore the city. The hotel's ambiance is often described as stylish and inviting, with a particularly cozy lobby. While the rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, guests' opinions are divided, with some finding the spaces small and lacking maintenance.
The service receives commendations for staff friendliness, though the bar service and communication occasionally falter. Reviews are mixed regarding value and amenities, with some highlighting luxury and affordability, and others pointing out hidden fees and cramped bathrooms.

This hotel is amazing! My partner and I booked via love holidays but noticed our original hotel had worse & worse reviews closer to the time, luckily it was easy to change & still a really decent cost.
After reading those negative reviews on the previous hotel we were worried leading up to the holiday in general but we didn't need to.
The hotel is manned 24hrs so pur late check in & early check out wasn't an issue, it was super quick and smooth.
The hotel deposit is more if you pay on debit (not credit) card, at 100eu pn. Luckily we were able to split this between us. We received the deposit back very quickly without any problems.
The room we spotless. We even checked the bed with torches (due to bug phobias) & couldn't find a grain of dust in the place let alone anything else.
Also everything in the hotel smells amazing! From the moment you walk in & the soaps/products provided. They also provide some make up remover pads but I did not use these as I had my own.
The location is amazing. Right next to vondelpark, great vegan places, great museums, & right opposite a canal tour which I highly recommend. It's also quick & easy to get to/from the airport (bus 397).
The second night we were too tired to go out but we enjoyed a lovely fresh Herbal tea by the fire, bar staff were friendly, & had a nice game of pool. The hotel lobby/bar is so nice it makes me wish we had an extra night just to hang out in the hotel itself.
We didn't eat in the attached restaurant because their vegan options weren't clear & they serve foi gras which is pretty messed up in this day & age. We also didn't pick breakfast because we knew we wanted to try nearby vegan places (shout out to rainbowls & little plant pantry which are all in a good walking distance).
Ps - we also payed a little extra for the delux room because the classic has a weird open bathroom set up, but I think that would be fine for solo occupiers.

Walking into the lobby had a welcoming feel. Checking in was quick, friendly. We also got very good tips on local restaurants and cool places to visit. The room was comfortable and stylishly decorated, with a beautiful view over the roofs of the city. The location is super for visiting, museums (eg Rijks museum ) and goin to a concert (eg Paradiso) The bar is elegantly vibrant and perfect for having a nightcap after coming back from a concert. The tram / bus stops are virtually across the street and gives easy access to the airport and the central station

We spent 8 nights at the Park Centraal in Amsterdam in late April and had a fabulous experience! The Park Centraal delivers high end quality for reasonable prices and the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Rest assured, if you’re perusing the hotel’s website, the room photos are a fair and accurate representation of the size. Our rooms came with comfy white terrycloth robes and the bathroom had ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap. The bathroom was spacious, as was the shower. The hotel lobby is also very comfortable and has ample seating throughout. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was fantastic. Coffee and tea are available in the morning free of charge. We’re not big morning eaters, but the times we dined for breakfast, we enjoyed everything thoroughly. I’m a very fussy traveler and usually do extensive research before finalizing hotel arrangements and I was thrilled with my choice of the Park Centraal.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a luxurious feel to it with very friendly and helpful staff .The rooms are well equipped with a lovely shower and extremely comfortable beds. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms along with a minibar ,safe ,hairdryer, TV and complimentary toiletries. I love all the intimate seating areas around the hotel and the pool table . We loved the buffet style breakfast which has a great choice of food. The location of the hotel is also great being very close to most of the sights of Amsterdam and with a large public park with lakes and trails behind it and a canal just across the road. I would recommend it to others and hope to return in the future.

The location is great, the staff very friendly and very helpful. Parking in the garage worked well, I just find it cumbersome that you have to book the parking via the My Way app and cannot reserve in the hotel. The double room (409) is very small, there is no bathroom, but a sink in the room, toilet and shower are entered separately from the room. I.e. you stand directly in the room after showering. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean... Everything was ok with the bed, but the edges at the bottom of the shower cubicle were thick mold, as was the interior of the coffee capsule machine. You shouldn't make yourself coffee. Hence the deduction of the stars. For 266,- for one night I expect impeccable cleanliness in the room! The parking garage is used to store the garbage cans and other hotel utensils (rollers, shelves), it stank of garbage and the floor was smeared with oily substance, we had to be careful not to step in when entering the car. The restaurant Momo is Japanese fusion cuisine and quite high priced, we didn't eat there, so I can't say anything about the quality.

This is a fabulous value, and a wonderful hotel. The rooms are immaculate; the location is wonderful; and the staff was just so helpful. Definitely add the breakfast to your tab...the buffet is diverse: fresh fruit; yogurt; breads; pastry; eggs...but the grill will also prepare omelets; waffles; pancakes, etc on request. The location is just a few hundred yards from the Rijks museum, the museum of contemporary art; and the Van Gogh museum. A canal is located just outside the front door, and there are a wide variety of stores; cafes; restaurants; and tours within a few feet of the front door.

Our second stay in Park Centraal over the Christmas period. This is a clean modern hotel right in the museum quarter and at the edge of Vondelpark, and a 5 minute walk from Leidseplein. It is well serviced by trams buses and canal boats. Staff in the hotel were the shining star of our stay. The standard rooms are quite small with a very small toilet and shower cubicle in the room so if you prefer more space and a larger shower make sure you book a premium room. Staff were very accommodating when we weren’t happy with our initial room by offering an alternative. Beds are comfortable with a reasonably priced mini bar with a good selection. We didn’t have breakfast as it only served till 10am but there is a well stocked spar a few minutes from the hotel where you can purchase alcohol snacks and coffee from early to late and plenty of cafe options nearby. We will definitely return to park centraal on our next visit as our stay was faultless!!

The hotel was perfectly located for us - a block away from the Rijksmuseum and 2 blocks from the Van Gogh Museum and across the street from the start of the greater commercial area of the old city. The room was quite spacious for our party of 3 and the futon bed for our adult (but petite) daughter was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and roomy with great water pressure. There were plenty of charging outlets for our various devices, and the TV service and programming offered some English language options as well as Dutch, German and French. The only thing I would change about the room was the lack of bedside lamps. There were pinpoint reading lamps on each side, but no lamps to provide ambient lighting in that section of the room, so it was quite dark. But the room itself was quite comfortable. (Be forewarned that our family suite was on a floor which required taking 4-5 stairs, so people with mobility issues should ask this question first.) The breakfast buffet was also excellent, offering fresh fruit, cereals, breads, cheeses, sliced sandwich meats and fish as well as the usual scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and beans - a good mixture of continental and English/ American breakfast foods. For lunch and dinner, the breakfast room turns into a separate restaurant, Momo's, with outstanding and creative sushi offerings along with fabulous desserts. We had the misfortune of visiting Amsterdam the day after their King's Day birthday celebration, which turns Amsterdam into one giant street party, so the trash was everywhere and would take, we were told, a couple of weeks to get removed, so the hotel's location in the museum district helped us avoid some of the worst of the mess. Next time we'll work to avoid this particular week, but we would stay again at the Park Centraal.
