Great Location, walking distance to Canal Cruises , Hop on Hop off bus's, Dam Square etc. Hotel clean , small room, Bit Noisy. On booking in early, staff very helpful, minded bags , till room ready etc, Never actually got back to hotl till 4pm....More

Ideally situated for Dam Square, Anne Frank, etc. Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff on reception, including concierge. The lovely waitress from Peru who served us in the bar was great, very friendly and welcoming, a great asset to the hotel. Nice breakfast.
As with so many other reviews, location is perfect. For those arriving by taxi-prebook it with hotel. They have a fixed rate to Schipol of EUR47.50 whereas from the airport, there are taxi thieves. Room was large and spacious on 2 floors and the coffee...More

No not atall , I have mobility issues so i emailed the hotel and they put us on first floor near elevator so it may be worth doing that however those staircases are not in use i think they maybe the old fire escapes however... More
