Was a loverly room apart from the bloody scary dolls everywhere they freaked me out. Staff were ok and accommodating. Bathroom was very basic for the price we had paid and was noisy in a morning with trams outside but didn't bother us

No not atall , I have mobility issues so i emailed the hotel and they put us on first floor near elevator so it may be worth doing that however those staircases are not in use i think they maybe the old fire escapes however... More
