Lovely staff! Even in these difficult times, the staff was very helpful yet well-adapted to the current circumstances and safety rules and still managed to provide us with the Krasnapolsky experience. They checked regularly if everything was in order. Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Many thanks!
Despite of the covid restrictions, the staff provided us with a beautiful room with view at "de dam" and excellent service, breakfast and dinner fantastic. I hope we soon can get back to normal, and the future will look bright again for this fantastic hotel and the wonderful people that work there!
Lovely hotel. Room was amazing, the take away breakfast was exceptional. Couldn’t get a better location in Amsterdam, such a shame we there during the curfew. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable- thank you. I shall return when everything gets back to normal.
I was during 4 days. Is a beautiful hotel in the city center and lovely views. Best of the hotel is the staff, specially Greg, Taco and Shivaya in cleaning department and Julien in Taylor’s Bar. Otherwise I have to tell that the cleaning of the room is not very good, it will be nice to clean better and leave rooms well ventilated . In general all good. Thank you!
Myself and my partner stayed one night and had a deal with fine dining also in The White Room including breakfast. The staff here are impeccably trained, I found them attentive and courteous from start to finish. Dining in The White Room is a must not only for the decor but the food is exquisite and was our second time dining here and I’m already looking forward to my third visit. We stayed in a premium room which consisted of a very large comfortable bed and wonderful soft pillows. The room was large but vacuous and lacks a little interior warmth feeling, however I slept wonderfully. May I also add the breakfast was excellent also.
