I'll keep it short and sweet. Superb hotel, good price, friendly helpful staff, perfect location to all tourist attractions, and central train station, cosy bar / restaurant, nice sized bedrooms which are well furnished, and decorated, with all the mod cons, and nice views...i will be returning to Amsterdam in the summer and will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

2 Mums taking their 3 teenagers away for a night in Amsterdam, requiring 2 rooms.... what can we say? It was an amazing hotel - nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was so different from anything we had ever brought the children too before - only sorry it was just the one night. We will defo. return as the location/hotel/staff...

This hotel is beautiful. If you are lucky enough to make your budget stretch then I would highly recommend a suite (406 - has a downstairs bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi). The staff are ridiculously helpful and it has a really individual feel of luxury & splendour. If you can't have a good time with your partner here then I...

Trip to Amsterdam was an Xmas present / romantic weekend, with my partner, and I chose this hotel as I wanted something special as a treat. The Toren, did not let us down, brilliant welcome, excellent helpful front desk staff and help with luggage. The hotel is a canal house, which has been decorated in a dramatically luxurious style, our...

It has been almost a year since I stayed here but I wanted to make sure I gave them credit where credit is due. This was the last stop on our honeymoon adventure. Completely boutique and Amsterdam romantic. The staff at The Toren was always very helpful and willing to answer our questions. Our room was always spotless. It was...

We had a fantastic time here, we were travelling fairly light so we were able to walk here from the Central Station in about 15 minutes, but it's also close to the Westermarkt tram stop and the Blue and Green lines of the Canal bus, both of which we found very useful. Our room was in the second building, a...

We stayed in the canal view suite and it was everything that it stated and more. It was more expensive than we we normally pay but as it was our anniversary we wanted something a bit more special, we were not let down. The rooms and staff are second to none, decor is amazing. The whirlpool jacuzzi was out of...

The Hotel was easy to find and was location perfect. We had a late check-in but the staff were really welcoming & able to assist us in everything from bike hire to dinner reservations. As it was my finacee's 30th birthday & the trip was a surprise they offered us a room upgrade to a room with canal side view,...

The staff of The Toren are superb, the rooms and decor are what you would expect from a 5* hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. They do have rooms in a separate building, three doors down where I stayed, but you barely notice the distance as the lush decor is in both places.

Old world charm combined with modern style, this hotel is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed in this price range. All the great reviews are true. I travel extensively for business. While I miss the points and perks associated with staying at large generic bland hotel chains, I prefer to stay in boutique hotels when ever possible....
