We had four memorable days in Amsterdam and part of the pleasure was our wonderful stay at the Toren. The hotel is ideally placed by a quiet canal, a few minutes walk from Anne Frank's house and handy for great bars and restaurants. Both the service and friendliness of staff were outstandingly good, from their first online booking response right...

This is, for us, a perfect summary especially since you described your stay as being memorable. A stay should be something that you will take on with you forever, knowing that we lived...

We stayed at this hotel for only one night unfortunately. We really loved it here! It os located right in the city center of Amsterdam. We stayed in a very beautiful large room with an extra large, very comfortable bed and a huge jacuzzi. We had a beautiful canal view. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was really...

Dear Guest, What a pity that you were only here for one night, as you've mentioned that you were wanting to stay longer. However, how great is it that you've felt this way! This sounds like music to our ears: ''We really loved it here!''. Based on the description of the room, this must be our special deluxe room with...

While certainly not a typical business hotel, the warm welcome, comfortable room and outstanding service overall make this a great destination for any purpose. I'll go again with family, but will also use for more prosaic business purposes.

I am sure you have had similar experiences when you have read a glowing review only to be disappointed later once you experience the hotel yourself. Well I am pleased to advise you that this time the reviews are reliable and the hotel Toren does not disappoint. The staff are very polite and proactively helpful. The breakfast served in their...

This is a classic upscale boutique hotel in the heart of old Amsterdam. Excellent location, tastefully appointed with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The combination of rich character with a family run feel makes this a fantastic choice. The interior decor and architecture have a very warm and rich feel. We felt very comfortable here, much like a home away...

The Toren is outstanding in every field, from start to finish our stay seemed luxurious & effortless. Location is perfect, easy to find just a 10-15 minute walk from central station. All staff were very cheerful and helpful wherever possible, you could really tell that everybody was working towards a similar goal of making this one of the best hotels...

Simply put, this hotel and its staff provided my wife and I with the best hotel experience we've ever had. We were visiting Amsterdam (and several other European cities) for our honeymoon and although we only stayed for two nights at the Toren we couldn't stop raving about it to one another for our entire trip (so much so that...

It's natural, when you run a company, that something may annoy your client (s***t happens, as the Americans say...). What define your commitment with your clients is your behavior in those situations! We have a problem there in our first night (it is not important what happend), but the staff did what they could to compensate us (not only with...

The hotel is well located, has a unique boutique feel, the room we stayed in was fantastic with a spa, living area, outside area and steam room. But above all the service from the staff was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel, I have stayed for business, on a romantic weekend and also as a family with a baby.
