I stayed at this hotel for three nights in February 2017. It was as described in many TripAdvisor reviews -- excellent! The strawberries and chocolate on arrival are a very nice touch as is the kind and helpful staff. Without exception they are service oriented and genuinely kind and helpful. I was especially well taken care of by Kelly from...

This hotel is a must if you're visiting Amsterdam. We were contacted by email before our visit to check that we were happy with our reservation and we received recommendations for informal/formal/trendy restaurants in the city. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. We arrived early and were able to check in and leave our luggage; we received a free...

We just returned from Tanzania with a stop over in Amsterdam on the way. We arrived at The Toren at 10AM after a long flight from the west coast of Canada. We expected to drop our bags and go off for the day as it was likely too early to check in. We were treated to a very warm reception...

Stayed for one night at the lovely hotel Toren. Like others have said the decor might not be to everyone's taste but we loved it. Rooms are lovely and clean with great amenities such as coffee machines and free water in the mini bar. We had chocolates and strawberries in our room. What really sets this hotel apart are the...

Hotel Toren is located in a great neighborhood, Jordaan. Close enough to most everything you wish to see but away from the tourist droves. Most of the staff is amazing. We had one small glich with a new employee which he fixed immediately. wish they had a full service restaurant for dining in bad weather, but there is always grubhub...

I love this hotel! It's in a great section of Amsterdam very close to some very fun shops and great restaurants. The reviews that led me here are 100% correct. The staff is helpful and well-informed about everything Amsterdam, which made my stay, although short, so much better. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and exceptionally quiet. My stay was...

Location was amazing, hotel was beautiful, and the staff went out of their way every single minute to make it the best stay ever. Located right near the Anne Frank House and walking distance to some great areas made it so easy for us to get around and see all the sights. Being right on a canal was an extra...

This hotel is rated no 1 for a reason. Excellent location, very close to Ann Franke house and within walking distance of Dam square. The hotel is located over two properties a few doors apart, we were in the property which didn't house reception and the restaurant but this really wasn't a problem. The breakfast was great with lots of...
