Once you work out the layout of Amsterdam you will realise the hotel is slightly south, between the Heineken factory and the Dam centre. It is located in a quiet street near the Prisengracht canal just off a Main Street which allows for a good nights sleep ,yet still being just up/ down the road from the main attractions. The tram...

Having used Mercure Hotels U. K, chose this one in Amsterdam hoping for similar standard. What a good choice it proved to be. This Hotel is within short walking distance of any spot you may wish to visit yet located in a quiet side street. From the moment we walked through the door we were impressed by the welcome, friendliness...

The hotel is located in a quiet street and is close to major attractions like the Heineken Experience, Museumplein, Iamsterdam and Vondelpark. It is however quite far from the City Center which is several stops away on Tram 16. If you are not familiar with Amsterdam, it is best to take a taxi since the hotel is located in a...

I have spent 3 days here with my family for Easter holidays. I like Mercure hotels for their quality/price balance. This one is excellent. It's a nice red-bricks building with the typical dutch style. Located just out of the third main canal, Prinsengracht which is great because that's a very silent and restful area yet only 10 mins walking distance...

Great hotel to stay close to downtown. An excellent bed to rest and a good breakfast to start the day. Attentive and friendly staff who will provide the information you need. To go to the airport do not take the shuttle, better and cheaper in a taxi.

We stayed 2 nights in the bicycle room. Almost a small apartment with 2 separate bedrooms with twin beds, toilet and shower room. Plenty of wardrobe space. In a quiet street, with no noise. Ideal for a family. The staff are friendly and attentive and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros: great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, control of room temp Cons: bathroom was dirty upon arrival as well as after housekeeping, poor quality of toiletries (contained all chemicals I would typically avoid) and were not replenished

I recently stayed at the hotel on a hen weekend. I stayed in a double room with one other person and the party also used two triple rooms. Everyone was pleased with the reception we received. We arrived before check in due to our flights but the person on reception was really friendly told us to feel free to ask...

Such a great hotel and we found it was about a ten minute walk from everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we lost our keys after leaving and had to come back after checking out. The reception and house keeping staff were all helping us, so kind! The hotel room was so clean and with big windows where...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights. The hotel was nice and clean. Room was very small but comfortable. There is a school near by so we woke to the noise from the school early both mornings. No sound proof walls as we could hear noise in corridor also. The hotel is a cashless hotel so all bills...
