I would certainly recommend this hotel. It is very central and everything is on your door step! You can walk everywhere which makes a big difference. The bedroom was well equipped with plenty of towels which were replaced daily. The hair dryer was powerful and no need to bring your own. If I was returning to Amsterdam, I would stay... More

We first checked into one room which was on back of hotel with no view what so ever and the room very tired. we was then moved to a room on the front... More

The room I had (424) had comfortable twin beds. The bathroom had a tub rather than just a shower. The towels were large and absorbent, but the amenities were sparse, basically a chess board square size of soap and shampoo but little else. There was no clock that I could find, but there was a plasma TV, large size. The... More

A group of six of us stayed at this hotel for two nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. All rooms were excellent. The hotel placed a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a birthday card which was a lovely gesture, much appreciated. All staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A great hotel location... More

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Pleased that our room was ready ahead of check-in. Overall we had a great experience during our stay in this property. We look forward to coming back sometime soon

This hotel has a great location in Amsterdam. The hotel is very tired, old and the room we stayed was dirty and totally uninviting Some of the staff are very nice and helpful and others just cant be bothered. Dirty curtains and floor are just not good in a 4 star hotel. Would rate this hotel a basic 2 star... More

Centrally located and very clean, spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was very friendly. 10 minute walk to any of the main areas in Amsterdam, even shorter to the coffee shops located across the street.

Hotel was wonderful. Really well situated and the staff incredibly friendly. Only slight negative was that I though the breakfast was very expensive (but then again we are earning SA Rands !) and the housekeeping was a little slack. One day my daughter's room was not serviced at all and on another day a pillowcase was just left lying in... More
