Wonderful posh hotel interiors and rooms, very pleasant room upgrade to a Junior Suite. Great customer service. The packaging for the takeaway drinks and canapé (since Executive Lounge was closed) was a real delight! Special mention and appreciation for Mr. GUILLIO (may be I am not fully correct with the spelling) who demonstrated exceptional customer centricity and service, thus valuing my Hilton Diamond membership to the fullest and pro-actively. Would love to return soon. Thanks for the very memorable Christmas stay for us!

The hotel is in a great spot in Amsterdam with a large open lobby and great rooms. We have been staying for an extended period during a move out of Amsterdam and the staff have made our stay very enjoyable. They are always on hand to help with any query and provide great service. During this period with COVID its important things are clean and they are. Everyone is taking precautions and we feel very safe and secure here. A special call out to Dominic who helped smooth out some things upon our arrival. The team at the front desk, housekeeping and the lovely terrace on the canal could not be better. They provide excellent and personal service and should be commended for doing such a fine job under the added challenges of COVID. Bravo all around! We will be back when we visit Amsterdam which will be often after living here for over 10 years. We have stayed in many other hotels in the city over the years and the Hilton is the most comfortable and calm of all. The private terrace on the canal is one of the best spots anywhere in Amsterdam for a peaceful drink at the end of the day. Thank you to the people keeping The Hilton open and inviting during these difficult times. See you on our next trip!

The Hilton Amsterdam is famous for having John Lennon and Yoko Onu stay there, but bring that it has everything you expect from the Hilton brand. The location is away from most tourist sites which I preferred. The art district is however quite close by and the walk through a charming neighborhood it’s quite nice. The room was well maintained boating views of the lake. The bathroom was clean but in need of a makeover. The breakfast was fantastic especially for vegetarians.

After a previously failed stay with service issues, they tried hard to deliver and they did. Even in Covid times the service and amenities were top notch and the Neptune suite was great in terms of view, size and uniqueness. As the lounge is still closed u can get Softdrinks and coffee all day at the bar and in the evening a high quality set of snacks delivered to your room or get served in the Bar/restaurant with wines, beer, Softdrinks and similar from 6-8pm. Thank you very much for this way opposite experience compared to the last time here. Axel
