The hotel is in a great spot in Amsterdam with a large open lobby and great rooms. We have been staying for an extended period during a move out of Amsterdam and the staff have made our stay very enjoyable. They are always on hand to help with any query and provide great service. During this period with COVID its important things are clean and they are. Everyone is taking precautions and we feel very safe and secure here. A special call out to Dominic who helped smooth out some things upon our arrival. The team at the front desk, housekeeping and the lovely terrace on the canal could not be better. They provide excellent and personal service and should be commended for doing such a fine job under the added challenges of COVID. Bravo all around! We will be back when we visit Amsterdam which will be often after living here for over 10 years. We have stayed in many other hotels in the city over the years and the Hilton is the most comfortable and calm of all. The private terrace on the canal is one of the best spots anywhere in Amsterdam for a peaceful drink at the end of the day. Thank you to the people keeping The Hilton open and inviting during these difficult times. See you on our next trip!

This hotel is known to be top class, top service, pleasure and business hotel. we stayed here in the end of July for one night. I was positively surprise how good was the service considering covid19... The hotel was clean and felt safe while still giving us the normal fantastic service. breakfast was great as usual, the gym is spacious and they made sure all windows are open the whole time and the extras (bicycles at the hotel, boat picking us from the hotel's dock) were much appreciated. we will come again. for sure!

Staying for a week and still on property. In general staff are very respectful and accommodating but special mention must go to Nico in his dual roles of Concierge and Roberto’s Restaurant Manger in the morning and to Sam in the Garden Terrance Bar for the excellent very professional level of hospitality provided. The Hilton Amsterdam are lucky to have them!

It's not easy during these strange days- most hotels screw down their amenities and services. BUT: the Amsterdam Hilton did very well and managed the situation with all the restrictions very well! Having a customer status with Hilton I can judge from breakfast to lounge benefits. The breakfast was served (no buffet) , but was no step back. In contrary: well presented and tasty and really sufficient! The executive lounge is closed, but the benefits (happy hour, refreshments) are served (!) at the bar. All of the staff was extremely nice, polite, helpful. Room was made up at a given time- slot. Nothing to worry ! Great hotel !

Great hotel. Location is fine too. Very friendly staff, and now with Covid also very respectful (everyone wears a mask) and clean. All rooms are sealed after cleaned and disinfected. We tried the Clorox wipes test, and the room was really clean. Added some lunch pictures from when we arrived outside on the water, which was super. Staff is tops too. Bravo!
