Tucked away from traffic and noise, this is a peaceful hotel. Rooms are functional, clean, and large enough that you won't feel cramped. Staff members were genuinely hospitable and helpful, especially with explaining public transportation to places we wanted to visit. Kiosk in the lobby sells tickets for the tram and the tram stop is just a short walk away...

Spacious Room, Comfort bed, Helpful Staff (s), Great Location, Very wonderful. Free one way shuttle airport service pick up, for drop to airport additional few Euros. This hotel made my first Europe trip amazing, how easy to get around to city by tram from the tram stop nearby. Stayed for 5 nights and was wonderful. The rooftop restaurant also very...

visited Amsterdam for the first time (MAY 4-6 2017) and stayed for 2 days and 2 nights. The hotel is a simple 15 minute journey from the airport and is based in a very good location just 10 mins on the number 13 tram to all the sightseeing points of interest. Reception staff were very helpful and the hotel itself...

Me and wife where there for a week to visit Amsterdam and see the flowering tulips. They have a really convenient shuttle picking you up from the airport and bringing you in 15 mins to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, on the border of Rembrandt park and off the beaten track. Nice quiet environment, excellent bar...

Wonderful hotel with very personable front desk help. Our room rate included the breakfast buffet, which was quite extensive and very good. Certainly appreciated the complimentary shuttle from the airport too!! Ate on the top floor - good food and a great view of the City. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms quiet. Tram station to the City itself...

The staff were lovely, things got done quickly, it was clean, and the room was nice. It was also in a good location, as it was very close by to a tram, which goes straight into Amsterdam centre. There is a farm across the road to the hotel, which was a nice surprise - the animals are allowed to wander...

This hotel is a great choice if you are thinking of visiting Amsterdam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a major bonus to find that there was a free airport shuttle to the Hotel (although the return trip is 7.50 Euros each). We were given a room on the 15th floor with an incredible view of the...

Hotel staff very helpful and extremely polite. (Not so for the shopkeeper in the foyer who lost my business because she couldn't be bothered to look up from the book she was reading) Room had a slightly unpleasant smell of drains when first entered. Apart from that very comfortable room and appeared to be clean. Breakfast was more than adequate....

This hotel was a total let down. Not a great location not as central as stated. The room was tiny, no cupboards, no mini bar/fridge so trying to do food on a budget was impossible as no where to store fresh food. The Skybar Bar 17 was a joke!!! Not clean not any imagination could have been in an American...

The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. We were given a tourist map with a clear indication of the local tram network and stop locations for all the tourist destinations. The hotel has 17 floors. We were allocated a room on the 16th floor following a booking 6 months in advance with booking.com. The view was fantastic,...
