    What a nice surprise!
    Checked in a few hours back but if first impressions are any indication, this hotel could challenge for best in the city. Superb customer service, went so far as to buy an adapter for me to borrow. Will update after my two night stay finishes up.

    How far is it from the hotel to the cruise ship dock at Ruijterkade West IJRW 5? What are the best ways to get there?
    Google Maps is your friend here. The Ruijterkade West can be found as Amsterdam Westpoint. It is about 8 minutes walking to the Hotel Sebastians. Or less than 5 minutes by Taxi. Uber is very active in Amsterdam (although they occasionally hit a cyclist).

    our flight is landing around 9.15pm on 19th july, is a late check in possible?
