Sebastians was a very cool, comfortable and convenient hotel for a few days in Amsterdam. Our room was compact but had everything we needed. The 'balcony' window seat was a lovely way to watch canal life. Sebastians was easy walking distance to the museums, shops and lots of restaurants. The staff were always helpful with taxis, directions, restaurant recommendations and... More

All the staff were amazing they were always friendly and very helpful. We were greeted by Roxanne who gave us a map and fantastic detailed information about where to go. Tip - Book the boat trip with the hotel as soon as you arrive as places are limited. We should have booked but hesitated and regretted it as we found... More

Hotel Sebastian's is a wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location on a quiet centrally located canal-fronted street. The rooms are beautiful, quiet and extremely comfortable. The amenities include an incredible breakfast and comfortable lounge -- more than one could expect! The staff was terrific -- providing great tips, recommendations and directions, and were always willing to make a reservation... More

Wow! Hotel Sebastian's went above and beyond during our stay in Amsterdam. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived they made sure we had everything we needed to explore the city...maps, restaurant recommendations (which were awesome!), and even umbrellas (for the rainy days). They made all of our dinner reservations, helped get us tickets... More

What a wonderful place! Beautifully situated on one of the many canals in the quiet section of Amsterdam. A boutique hotel that really cares about their clients. A chilled bottle of bubbly was waiting for us upon our arrival, celebrating our anniversary. We had a large room on the top floor that was well appointed. The interior furnishings are whimsical... Service and location are top notch in this small boutique hotel. The rooms are nice although I did not care for the shower and the toilet being combined in the same stall in room 114. This was a room they converted to a triple and it was tight. The other room we had was a double - facing the canal... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the Jordan and central areas. This area was very residential and give you a great impression of living in Amsterdam. I was traveling solo and felt complete safe.

The Hotel Sebastian's sits on a quiet street in the beautiful Jordaan section of town. It is within easy walking of everything (we even walked to the Rijksmuseum) without the crazy crowds that are found in other sections of Amsterdam. We slept so well because the hotel was quiet and comfy. The room was super roomy with a very, very... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights as a home base to explore the city. The neighborhood is great... Quiet, close to great restaurants and bars and most importantly, not in the crazy thick of the touristy parts of town! Our room was lovely... Comfy bed, clean bathroom that looked recently renovated and the best part: huge canal... More

Owned by the same group who run the Toren. Situated on the western canal ring, Hotel Sebastian's is a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal and several eateries including The Pancake House and many other restaurants and cafés. The location leaves it away from rowdy crowds and nightlife, in case you are not interested in that sort of thing. Rooms are... More
