this was our 3rd visit to the Sebastian and we will be back. The staff are friendly and helpful to the point that I emailed the hotel regarding my allergy to oranges and how the rituals products in the room contained oranges. I only requested that they remove them as I remember last year I did have a slight reaction... More

This is a gem of a hotel. The most helpful staff ever, clean and pleasant accommodation with comfy beds, wifi etc In a great location and very peaceful at night. It is way better than the 3 star grading and is very highly recommended. We loved it!

Only stayed for one night as part of a layover in Amsterdam and this cute little boutique hotel made me wish I could have stayed longer. I like to walk so its location was very convenient: - Central Station - 10 min - town center - 10 min - Anne Frank House - 5 min - Museums (Rijks, Moco, Van... More

I booked this beautiful boutique hotel, based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and I wasn't disappointed. Everything about this hotel oozes class. From the rich colours in the bedroom to the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The Nespresso machine was a welcome addition and filled to the brim with a great... More

Service is fantastic... good location as it was quite at night and short walking distance to main attractions. I was warned that the rooms are small and boy they were right... the rooms are SMALL... we upgraded to a Medium room and there was hardly enough room to walk around the bed and the bathroom is tiny.. .need to open... forget your over the top hotels with a big name, this boutique hotel is lovely my wife and I only stayed three nights and were not disapointed. The decor and style are spot on and the staff are young and energetic and always willing to help. The location is excellent and within a nice walking distance to places of interest.... More

We would highly recommend this hotel! Great service - willing to help with directions, restaurant recommendations and bookings and organising tickets and tours. Great location - easy walk to all key attractions, however the hotel itself is located on a quiet cannel. Rooms are quite small but very comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would also recommend the Yellow Bikes... More

Stayed 3 nights with my wife. Very comfortable small hotel. There isn't much there apart from the room (which was all we could wish for), the reception and the bar-cum-breakfast room - if you are wanting luxury or lots of additional facilities then stay at the Toren or one of the bigger hotels - that's not a criticism, just a... Right when we came through the door we knew this would be the best hotel of our European vacation. Rose was so accommodating and asked what we planned to see while here. We mentioned the Anne Frank house and she had tickets for us in minutes sparing us a 2 hour wait. Beautiful lobby and bar and rooms are spacious... More

Loved this hotel! We chose it because it was near the station and because of the great reviews but sometimes they can be taken with a pinch of salt! However as soon as we met Roxanne at the front desk we knew that customer service is important to them. Our room was beautifully presented and very comfortable with a lovely... More
