Every employee at the hotel we’ve spoken to were very nice and friendly. Dinner was amazing at Jansz and also breakfast and lunch at the pause garden area. The whole experience was no doubt 5 stars. No complaints at all.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed at the Pulitzer for four nights on our first trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect. Centrally located but not in the crazy busy areas. Charming layout that combines two dozen old homes into one hotel. Many rooms have canal views. Ours had a view of their lovely garden courtyard. Breakfast is fabulous. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is extremely unique. It is basically a city block of houses cobbled together to form a hotel with a large center courtyard. It's pretty amazing! I will say that if you have mobility issues, this might not be the hotel for you. Our room was up the elevator and then up a very steep spiral staircase. (the elevator didn't go to that floor) The room are electric and smallish. A huge bicycle hung from our ceiling! We did have the most beautiful view of the canal. The service is impeccable and the restaurant yummy! Highly recommend.
