We spent two nights at the recently refurbished Pulitzer Hotel. From our arrival at the deliciously scented reception to our lovely canal view room I knew we were in for a treat. The hotel is in a prime position for both sightseeing, culture and shopping. The staff are friendly, attentive and never overpowering. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Our room,... More

My husband, my son and myself stayed at the hotel for a weekend break in Amsterdam. The hotel is well situated, close to terrific restaurants and shopping. Rooms are nicely appointed and service was great. We will gladly stay at the Pulitzer on a return visit to Amsterdam.

My wife and I spent a long weekend here with some friends and I couldn't fault this hotel. It had just been refurbished and is extremely well appointed, elegant and stylish. It's location is canal side in one of the finest areas of the city- only 5 mins walk from the famous Anne Frank house and the various canal cruise... More

The Pulitzer Hotel consists of several canal houses, cleverly connected to make one hotel. I like the place very much as it is located walking distance from many places to visit. My room was recently decorated. Unfortunately not all rooms look out on the canals. Mine looked out on a small inner court which was not exciting at all. Will... More

Having never been to Amsterdam, I found this hotel to be perfect for me because it's concierge services were so helpful in planning my activities and getting tickets. The Pulitzer has it's own river tour and walking tour which were both amazing. I had breakfast there twice with excellent service and delicious avocado toast. The beauty of this hotel is... More

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Gorgeous interiors and spaciously laid across 25 historic town houses. Lots of little nooks filled with antiques and art make wandering around the whole hotel a joy. My room was of good size (maybe a few extra inches needed) and a lovely view of the canal. Bathroom was perfect - well maintained and a... More

The hotel spans the whole block by connecting all the units internally. When you look from the outside, you still see the facade of multiple houses just like the rest of town. Beautiful hotel and great staff for a 5 star experience.

The Pulitzer is a wonderfully unique hotel. It is a bit of a maze inside because it is spread over a number of canal houses.
