Our hotel operations focus on delivering a luxury experience yet remaining true to our concept. Our restaurant and rooms all operate on the principle of zero waste and to have as little impact on the environment. Our products are carefully selected finding the balance between environmentally friendly and elegance. Our restaurant offers the highest of quality freshly made meals from our ala carte menu. Our selections changes often as we operate within seasons and with what is fresh from the daily market. Our pastry chef's bake all delights in house. Our beverage selection is made up from the best Holland has to offer.

I found this hotel by chance on booking.com. I like the green concept and booked it with a great discount. The location is very nice and relaxing. There is nearby a supermarket and a tram station which connects you with the main train station and downtown. I fully agree with the other reviews here. The staff are very attentive and helpful; the rooms are clean and nicely designed. The road is now ready and can be used without any problems. I also like the nice little apartments on the way. The breakfast is a a-la-carte breakfast and needs to be paid in addition. The underground parking is big; just some signs are still missing. There are only minor criticism like, the elevators are very slow; the room cards don't work correctly (need about 10 times until door and elevator reacts on my card. Other guests have same problems. For more green sustainability I would suggest that the hotel provides no soap but soap dispenser and shower gel dispenser, like other hotel chains already uses. I am sure I will come back to this hotel for a full weekend. It is worth it. In the lobby there is a very nice bar as well as a rooftop bar.

Dear Thorte09 Thank you for sharing your wonderful review with us. We are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay and plan to return. We are very proud of being the 1st hotel of this kind and leading the trend in zero energy. The team will be very pleased to receive your excellent feedback. I wanted to touch on the comment related to room amenities. Although it is now a trend for hotels to move away from small bottles and use the large dispensers, we felt that we could include our variety offer and remain green. Our amenities bottles are made from recycled plastic and the product is 100% organic. We also recycle the bottles again and they get re-used so do not end on the land fills. The large dispensers also have a down side, they also need to be replaced every 3 months and during their usage period can be contaminated. We did our very best to ensure we can remain green and offer luxury. We should however improve on sharing this info earlier. Thank you again for your great review and we look forward to having you back soon. Kind Regards, Reinard Korf

Even without an Actual AC they manage to regulate the temparature and again when you hear all the thought that has gone in to this hotel, really worth the look Worth a look and to experinece such a great marvel. Well done to Reinard Korf and the team!! Keep up the good work, signage would be a good idea though

This is not an ordinary hotel. It's built to be sustainable. What does that mean in practice? It's actually stylish, comfortable, and proves that it's OK to be green. Lovely staff. The rooms are comfortable. The food's nice. Built on reclaimed land, It feels a bit like being at the seaside. And it's not expensive. I found it by chance, but will make a point of going back there again soon.

Nice modern Hotel ,rooms are clean ,staff friendly . It feels like you are on a building site when you arrive roads still be constructed .No sign on hotel so can be hard to find . Breakfast is different so be careful when it says breakfast included ,what you get is slice of bread with slice cheeses on top and some juices ,coffee . Very easy to get in to Amsterdam on the no 26 tram which is a short walk from the hotel . Do try the sky bar very good .

Stayed here in October this is a great hotel we stayed on the 9’th floor which the hotel set up for us. (Nice touch) Rooms very modern and quirky what you would want from an Amsterdam hotel. Lads on reception are great what you need is always looked after. BUT the ladies on reception and bar area are very very very rude i would give a lower star review but don’t think It’s fair to allow them rude rude ladies bring the review down. Any way on postive notes location is great right near tram then take tram 26 straight to town And 26 back (FYI hotel is last stop home) lovely sky bar as well very chilled in there. Had a great view from Room and have put it on pictures. Young lad sorry don’t know your name but if you checked us in on Thursday 3 rd. afternoon. You are great at your job mate very nice and looked after us well. Will be looking at returning in January for our birthday. Cheers hotel breeze. Kyle And Charlotte
