This hotel is nicely located in Amsterdam. Walking distance from the old church and Dam square, and the city center. Metro stop is very close as well. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Be careful, you access the hotel through a door which gets you to very steep stairs that you have to climb. It is a hassle... More

Sharm Hotel was very conveniently located, very close to Dam Square, and within walking distance to plenty of shops and stores for everything you needed. The stairs were a bit of a shock when we arrived, as they are very small and steep (it was a good thing we didnt have much luggage). The gentlemen working there were very pleasant... More

the shower is small. My husband could only get one side of his body in it at a time, but it was in our room. When you shower the whole bathroom gets wet. the stairs are steep and I think there was 36 steps to get to reception. we left our suitcases in the lockers at the train station best... More

This hotel was in a great location only five minutes walk from Dam Square, so it was relatively quiet despite being on a main road. Entrance to the hotel was via the steepest, longest flight I've seen in Amsterdam - and I've seen a few. There's no lift option, so I was glad I was in and out of this... More

The room was small with bathroom. It's small but neat and clean. Great for friends staying for a cheap weekend holiday or just a cheap holiday in the city. 7-10 mins walk to the city. Last but not the least, the service is great. Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a very high steep stairs as soon as... More
