From the first day I contacted Rita, her kindness and hosting skills were second to none. She was so helpful in explaining about the different rooms and how to get to the b&b, making our journey so much less chaotic. We were upgraded from the flower room to the suite because it was our anniversary and the guests who booked...

Nice and very clean room with a large bathroom, very well located close to Vondel park. Quiet area. Warm welcome from Rita. All the services nearby, tram at 200 meters. We will come back in the near future. Thanks Rita

We spent five wonderful nights in this apartment in September, and we would happily have stayed longer. The decor is exquisite, a colorful mix of antique accents and modern art. The small but highly functional kitchen allows for any cooking needs. It is well furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, and a comfortable bed with wonderful sheets. The bathroom...

We just returned from a two night stay at the Vondelview B&B. We had a great time. The B&B is located in a town mansion in a side street of the Overtoom, a main road into the city. A few steps away is the Vondelpark. Our room was big above standards, and very well maintained. It was fully equipped, including...

We have just spent 3 nights at Vondel View and found it perfect for what we wanted. It is ideally situated next to Vondel park or if you want to catch a tram, the stop is at the end of the road. On the tram it takes approx 7-8 mins and you are in Dam or it is an approx...

We recently stayed at VondelView for 4 nights and had a truly lovely experience. We stayed on the top floor and had a lovely room and separate bathroom which was very nicely decorated. Its true that whilst not a true B&B in the typical sense the owners ensure there is a breakfast tray available and they kindly had provided milk,...

We stayed in the ground floor apartment which is historically restored and filled with modern artwork by the owner's husband. The location was so convenient to the Tram which we took day and night to all the sites. If you are a horse lover, you can walk 2 blocks to the Holland Manage Riding Academy and enjoy an espresso while...

Not a true B & B, but top notch all the same. When we booked Vondelview we were informed that it was no longer a B & B and that breakfast could be obtained from many of the surrounding cafés. Rooms looked good so we booked anyway. Imagine our surprise when the friendly Rita informed us that we had cutlery,...

My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at Vondel View last week. The Suite is huge, beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc all high quality. The location is superb, just a few steps from Vondelpark and Tram #1, short lovely walks through the park to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and...

This is a wonderful option for staying in Amsterdam. First, it is in a quiet part of the city easily accessible by Tram #1 from Central Station (about 10 minutes) and right next to the beautiful Vondel Park. Even if you wanted to walk from the B&B to the city center it's only a 30 minute walk. Christine and I...
