We enjoyed our stay in our "cottage in the woods" as we called it although you are in a nice village just outside, and within walking distance of the historic city center. We walked both ways with our baby. There was good food nearby. The host was very sweet and accommodating.

Flores & Puck offered us a relaxed and cosy place, nearby the Vondelpark. It's a gardencottage with everything in it. We enjoyed the Nespresso's and complete breakfast made by our hostess. The perfect start for our citytour especially with the bikes included.

We stayed here last year and were lucky enough to stay here again on a repeat visit to Amsterdam. The place is light, clean, and full of character. Astrid was extremely welcoming and helpful. We love the neighbourhood and the garden setting of the little cottage. Hope to be back again soon!

Plenty of character at this place.....much more interesting than staying at a hotel. Accommodation quite small but all you need is contained within this little cottage. Enough privacy & extremely respectful host. We were so happy with the location....we found that not being right in the centre was a bonus as some of our favourite moments are from the cycle...

Wonderful cottage accommodation in garden attached to the host's house. Those who want conventional hotel accommodation and carrying tons of luggage will avoid but anyone wanting anythig quiet and with character will not be disappointed. Wonderful breakfast and a delightful host who no sooner you've asked a question produces the latest information. Enjoy breakfast in the garden if the weather's...

A cosy B&B near downtown Amsterdam. This is a small cottage at the end of a big backyard. Far enough for privacy but close enough for great service. Near transportation and great walks and easily accessible from the airport. Affordable,

The garden cottage is warm and cozy with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is secure, private and QUIET! The neighborhood is very safe with local cafes and stores nearby. Even better than the cottage is the proprietor/hostess, Astrid. She is most hospitable and was extremely helpful in assisting us with directions to/from the City Center and...

My husband and I stayed with Astrid for one night when we spent a weekend in Amsterdam. Astrid was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The bicycles included in our accommodation cost were perfect and we enjoyed cycling around Amsterdam immensely. The breakfast that we had included freshly baked rolls and croissants,...

Almost right in the centre of Amsterdam we were so lucky to discover a very pleasantly furnished and well-kept cottage located in a quiet and flourishing backyard which we were free to use. Our host Astrid and her sweet daughter were very nice and friendly, full of excellent hints. Being sightseeing most of the day we loved travelling by bicycle...

We loved staying at this charming little cottage, right by the Vondelpark and a beautiful bikeride into the centre of Amsterdam. Being just outside the most touristy parts of the city is an advantage - at the end of the day, we could just come back to our private little cottage and garden and relax. The bed is comfortable and...
