Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.

The hotel is excellent, clean and beautiful! It is situated about 1km from the center of Amsterdam and 100m from the Metro Station! the staff is kind and friendly! the rooms are cleaned every morning!I highly recommend it!
Whilst this hotel is reasonably cheap compared to others in the area it was clean and the staff were friendly.
The rooms are small and very basic. We had a “balcony” but it is barely big enough for one person and no table or chairs....More
This is a pretty basic place in an old and partly refurbished building close to the theater Carré. Bathroom is extremely crampy. Staff did a good job with the vacuum; the stain in the carpet comes from the scratching door and cannot be helped.
