We stayed for two nights, right next to the museum but also opposite a Primary School which uses the pavement outside the hotel as it’s Lunchtime play area! Basic and clean but no frills whatsoever. Not overly friendly staff at check in.

Great location, right by the Rijksmuseum and other museums. Tram stops nearby. Clean and modern with air conditioning, which is a nice bonus. Not really a social hostel though poor social area and no bar.

You have to take the tram number 5 or 2 outside the station. It's not near. An you take off at Van Baerlestraat. It will take about 15-20 minutes. Good luck.
