A short distance from the busy Dam but with a tram stop opposite, this is a perfect little hotel for a stay in Amsterdam. The room, although on the smallish side, easily accommodated three women and all their clobber and the bathroom, again small, had a powerful, roomier than average shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very...

Perfect hotel for a few nights inn Amsterdam. Lovely small hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Our first room was a very small twin at the front (already knew from reviews it would be small) but perfectly clean, fresh bedding and manageable. Due to a double booking we were upgraded to a larger room with a small kitchenette,...

This hotel is located some 5 minutes by tram outside of the city centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Dam. The hotel is modern but still cozy. The staff was friendly and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was very good too and coffee was available to us all day free of charge. The rooms were big and...

Hotel Alp is perfect for 1 or 2 nights in Amsterdam. Public transport in front of the hotel and even from walking distance to shops and restaurants and historic part of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helped us finding a good place to eat in the neighbourhood (indonesian restaurant). We were lucky to have a cosy room in the...

I am now the hotel guest, good value free wifi, good food and very nice service. Small room a lot of stears... Safe in the room and lcd tv. Beds are to much soft for me. Near tran station, parking is better outside the city P+R .

Nice small hotel, very clean. Wi-Fi in the rooms. We stayed at triple room with children. Breakfast is also very nice. You can also sit in the garden if the weather allows you of course :) Please recheck price for the taxi as they have 39 euro at their reception, but we end up paying 45 euro instead.

Very noisy not just workers outside but seemed more like a Hostel with young people coming and going all night banging doors , when I complained next morning staff said to bad should have come down at 1.30 am 3 flights of stairs and told us then, not good enough . A lot of work on buildings around this place...

Absolutely a winner! This hotel should be rewarded an extra star. The hospitality, service and cleanliness were superb! Enjoyed the ability to sit with my laptop relaxing in their garden connecting with home and gearing up to the busy city in the neutral and very clean almost new smelling rooms. The central location and plenty of public transportation made my...
