Excellent comfy bed, amazing sleep. Even though it's right next to train, tram, metro and bus station it is quite. Cozy interior, nice sunny roof deck. The pressure in the shower could is a bit weak, though. Kitchen is fine, you got what you need.

Clean, quiet and very well equipped hotel with close proximity to the public transport (train, trams and buses). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas were well kept. It is a great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam.

Everything was great, clean, super quiet, comfy, well equipped, friendly staff, near the train station less than 10min to do hotel - Amsterdam central. We also walk to the city centre, count 50min. It's definitely a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.

I was travelling with my 24 year old daughter as we enjoyed a four night mini-break to Amsterdam. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and cheerful. Our room was perfect - clean and spacious with everything we needed for a short break. The hotel's public spaces are beautifully kept and the outdoor terrace is very inviting. The kiosk in the lobby is a handy addition which we used every day. The corridors also smell amazing! It's so easy to get to the hotel from Schipol Airport via The Sprinter train (as I did) or from Central Station as my daughter did (as she arrived in the city by Eurostar). We used the tram to get into the city centre each day but bus or Metro is also an option. The hotel is in a nice quiet location and we did not feel we missed out in any way by not staying more centrally. Breakfast is not provided but there's a very good Spar a few minutes walk away - having a wee kitchen makes self catering really easy and there's somewhere to sit to enjoy it. We went out for brunch too and didn't miss the (usually overpriced) hotel breakfast option. At the end of our stay, staff printed out my boarding pass which I found very helpful.…

Location, Location, Location. Yes, the beds are comfy; the little kitchen useful (we cooked dinner most nights), but the location is fantastic. A five minute train ride into Amsterdam central and super close proximity to the train station (but no noise) for trams and trains to elsewhere: Haarlem, Den Haag, Zaanse Schans. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The front desk staff are super helpful.

It is a great hotel: good services, convenient location (near train, tram and buses stops), and spacious room with a well equipped kitchen to prepare a meal. We like to stay in the accommodation with kitchen facility to prepare simple meals or make sandwiches. But for accommodation with individual hosts the services can vary. This hotel combined the standard of a hotel with self-catered facility where you can prepare meals and do the laundry. It is close enough to the city with a tram (about 15 minutes) or train connection. It also has car parking facility though at the cost of 15 Euro anight.

Modern, clean, good location. Right next to the rail station (which also has buses and trams going to it) so could easily reach city centre within a 5 min train ride, which was great. Enjoyed the roof top terrace - very relaxing and nice on a sunny day. We liked the 24/7 minimarket as well for some drinks or late night snacks. Bed was very comfortable, however, the room was a bit too warm for us at night. The weather was relatively warm for the few days we were there (about 20 degrees Celsius during the day, and about 15 degrees Celsius at night) which was great for during the day when we were out and about, but even with the window fully open at night, it was a bit too warm to sleep comfortably. We tried lowering the thermostat down to 18 degrees but it would never go below 21.8 degrees. This did not ruin our stay, but it was the only reason we did not give a full 5 star rating. We still enjoyed ourselves. …

The rooftop terrace is indeed amazing, especially when the sun is shining! It is a great space to come and relax after a long day of walking around the city. The mini-market is indeed open 24/7 for a snack, drink or a coffee! We offer climate control system inside of every room. This system lets you regulate the temperature between 18 and 24 degrees Celcius. If you have the windows open, this unfortunately, will not work. We always provide fans if needed at the reception! What a great hotel! Good value and perfect for a lower cost break. Although it's further out from the city, transport is excellent for bus, tram and train. Staff very helpful and happy! Room good size, neat and clean. No meals, but great 'Breakfast Club' close by. Worth getting a public transport 3-day ticket, if you're in Amsterdam for a few days.

We loved the clean bright room and its amenities, the helpful staff and the hotel's location right at the bus and train terminal, with easy access to the city centre and the airport. Everything was great except for the doona/duvee on the bed. It was too hot in the heated room which we could not cool down. A light blanket would have made everything perfect.

the situation of this hotel is brilliant, the train, tram and bus stations are minutes away and the public transport system is excellent. The staff at the hotel couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much for them. We were given a free upgrade which is always appreciated and the room was very clean and of a good size with a small kitchen well equipped.
