Excellent hotel. Located in a lovely area, very central location, only five minutes from the tram line. The rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum and ice skating rink are only a five minute walk away. The hotel itself is very modern. We stayed in a triple room...More
The hotel has a great location right next to Rijksmuseum, van Gogh and the beautiful Vondelpark. With only a 20-25 minute walk to city center this location was, for us, perfect. The room was clean and isolated the noise from the few cars and trams...More
This hotel was a great surprise!
Fantastic location, between the museums and Leidsplein. Walking distance to every sight of the city.
Simple and effective service.
It's a very small entrance but the room is beautiful! Good size and offers everything we need.
Staff very pleasant and helpful and room clean with comfortable bed. No frills but great base from which to explore Amsterdam. Good breakfast - self service cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries, muffins, cheese, cold meats, eggs and sausages.

Top sites to see in this attractive and affluent part of town include the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum, to name but two of the highly acclaimed museums of the aptly named Museum Quarter. And if you need a break from all the fantastic art, there’s the Neoclassical Concertgebouw music hall and Vondelpark, the city’s largest park. Shopaholics and luxury brand connoisseurs will love exploring the high-end shopping
destinations of PC Hooftstraat, Van Baerlestraat, Cornelis Schuytstraat, and Jacob Obrechtstraat, where even the shop window displays are of museum quality. In the evenings, when the museums close and the daytrippers head home, the area becomes a quiet oasis of calm with a sophisticated and urbane tone.
