The room is very cosy, clean, comfortable and convenient. The trams and buses are regular into central from just outside the hotel! The staff were lovely and helped us with recommendations. We felt very welcome and I would 100% recommend Citiez if you’re stayed a few nights in Amsterdam.

The hotel is in Osdorp, a suburb of Amsterdam, about 20 minutes by tram from the city centre of Amsterdam. Quite perfect, really, as it places you outside the hustle and bustle of inner city life. The rooms are small but the beds are good, the shower and bathroom too. Rooms have a city name and theme. Nice touch. For us the staff stood out. Great service, even going so far as to sprint to the supermarket at 9.30 PM to buy ginger, for us to have ginger tea. That’s what we call ‘above and beyond’.

The most friendly staff ever, made you feel very welcome, the banter with the residents was second to none and made sure everyone felt welcome. Lots of don’t to be had in the bar staff ask you for your music play list dancing from the staff is not to be missed, complimentary crisps and nuts can not find a negative about this hotel at all

I booked a smart double room for 2 people. The room was spotless but very tight as we had a lot of stuff. Jean Paul at reception upgraded us and was very accommodating. All the staff were fantastic and their customer service skills can not be beaten. Hotel reception has a brilliant vibe and comfort. I have dairy allergies and I was over the moon that they have oat milk. I would highly recommend this hotel. Right in the heart of the shopping center. Can’t wait to go back

Hi Citiez Hotel Amsterdam, Good Evening Firstly I would Like to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all. I have had such an amazing experience for the First Time I have been to Amsterdam and to be honest the Hotel made just part of that experience come True. Please can I say a massive thank you to all the Hotel Staff to the Reception Team, Catering Team, and Housekeeping team you have all been amazing from the moment I first checked in to the Hotel. The Room I was staying in was clean and tidy from the beginning to the End and to the House Keeping team Thank you from my understanding they attended to my room 2 x across my Stay. With regards to my room I could not seem to get my TV to work but to honest I am not to worried about that as I did not seem to know how to work this properly any way and most of my stay was not in my Hotel Room. Thank you for surprise bottle of Champagne and the lovely decorations in the Glasses. 1 of my light did not work in the bathroom but this did not effect any of my stay at all. I would like to say thank you to the reception Team also for booking me a Cab to the Airport so I am have a comfortable Trip back to the Airport so I can get back home. The Staff at this hotel and really helpful and friendly and considerate Even down got getting me an envelope so I can safely store my UK SIM card till I get back to the UK. We can't forget the Breakfast and how amazing the food is especially when this is the most important Meal of the Day so I keep my self Full and not hungry for the day ahead. Overall I would like to say Thank you again for such an amazing stay and i will definitely will be returning to this Hotel in the near future and to explore the things in Amsterdam I did not get time to see till next year 2024. Matthew Jackson

This is my second time in Amsterdam, but this hotel is a little gem. It is half between the airport and the centre. It is located in a very nice residential area, in fact in the shopping centre. The tram is less the 5mins away. The room that i stayed in was perfect. It was small but very well laid out. The bed was very comfortable, which went from wall to wall very cosy. The front desk staff were extremely happy to help with any questions, and I must say that they are genuinely happy to chat with you. I am looking forward to staying here again.

The best part was the staff, really friendly and fun to speak with. (Thank you @Panndyar for the chat, coke and the chips) The hotel is nice and clean. Bathroom and shower are new and also clean. It’s well situated and within walking distance from the tram which is great. The room was way smaller than I was expecting, for the price.

It was our fist trip to Amsterdam, we came from Amman on a late night flight, arrived around 2 AM to hotel, the reception area is very nice as it is a Café! They also sell beer wine water chips and chocolates. We were 3 and the room was too small for us while bathroom was spacious enough. The coffee machine was broken, it took us a while to know and one towel to clean up the mess. No drinking water in the room but tap water was just fine, beds were so comfy and clean but no closets what so ever. The hotel is in a shopping area with many food places around, and most importantly 1 minute walking distance to tram line, which made it so easy to move around the city. Shout out to Atila and the other reception staff, they are so nice and helping but Atila is super kind and always offering suggestions for places to go and how to get there.

hi Christina, Thank you very much for your review and how nice that you mention our friendly employees, our nice allDayCafé and good location and connection to the center. Too bad it didn't work in one with the coffee machine, but fortunately that was resolved immediately. You had booked a small triple room, perhaps a slightly larger one next time. Kind regards from Amsterdam, Team Citiez

Our stay here was great. Staff were great, polite and friendly. I forget the lady who checked us in name but she particularly made us feel at home (even if she thought Stockholm is in Scotland) but the staff were all fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was easy to control hot/cold function and pressure was great. The hotel is out of the city which we liked as was very quiet at night and a lovely lake 2 min walk with restaurants and a coffee shop. Tram stop 2 min walk also and takes about 25 min (€9 day ticket and this gets you on tram, metro and bus all day).
