My girlfriend and I stayed here recently as we had a flight from Eindhoven airport the following day. As others have stated, the car park is a little difficult to find due to the one way system around the hotel. Parking is €18.50 a night and you can leave your car in the car park as long as you like the following day. This was very convenient as our flight was not until 3pm and check out is 12 noon.
We had booked a superior queen room but were given a superior twin room, when I queried this with reception they informed me that room types were not guaranteed, something I found difficult to understand. If you book and pay for a superior queen room, surely you should be allocated one? Nevertheless the receptionist was very helpful and we eventually were given the keys to a superior queen room. Unfortunately the room only had a bath tub with a shower and we prefer a walk in shower. To cut a long story short, we eventually paid an additional €15 to upgrade to an executive room. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with a separate seating area and a large bathroom.
The king size bed was very comfortable with crisp bed linen and a good quality mattress and duvet.
We booked a slot at the swimming pool in the evening as well as the following morning before breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is quite large and due to COVID-19 restrictions you have to reserve a private half hour slot two days before arrival.
Overall the hotel is very comfortable and well located, a short walk from the city centre and there are several restaurants nearby. Our drive to the airport the following day took around 15 minutes.
The only disappointment is the breakfast. Basically you have a couple of options to choose from, a healthy one with muesli and yoghurt or the standard one with two bread rolls (coffee and juice is provided with both). The breakfast was served in a paper bag which you collected from the kitchen area and could either take to your room or sit in the lobby area. I understand that due to the COVID-19 restrictions it is difficult to provide the same level of service as before the crisis, but we have enjoyed much better breakfasts at several other hotels in The Netherlands during the lockdown (typically table service with hot and cold options).

This was my first time in Eindhoven. I stayed for one night.

Upon arrival, it was a little challenging to find where to park. Sometimes you can drive in the bike lane and sometimes you can't! To check in, I left my car in front of the hotel and then brought it around to the real parking (which involves driving in a bike lane) after. The outdoor parking lot is private to the hotel. There's an entrance from the parking to the hotel in the back. Parking is gated and there is a nightly cost. They give you a ticket at the desk to exit the parking. Each time you exit, you need a new ticket.

The man at check in was very pleasant. He acknowledged that I am a Radisson Rewards member. Since they cannot offer a buffet, they offer a breakfast package for a price. I did not go for the offer.

The room was spacious and mostly clean. I appreciated that they took extra care to wrap the toilet (is that really an indication that it's clean?) and wrap the remote (note that it can be used over the plastic bag...). They also provide a small bottle of hand sanitizer with the other toiletries. That is very helpful.

The window shades were automatic and very easy to use. The bed was comfortable. I've stayed in a few hotels in a few countries in Europe since the lockdown and this was definitely the cleanest. There were some stray hairs in the bathroom, but not much worse than I've experienced in other hotels.

There is ample hand sanitizer available in the lobby and in the elevator lobbies. I would stay at this hotel again, if my travels brought me to Eindhoven again.

We chose this hotel because the rooms on the website looked bright, airy, clean and newly remodeled - we are aware that website pictures are somewhat different than reality but in this case the difference made it feel like a scam. Part of this was because the written description was equally false because a separate area is an area that is separate and not just additional space in the same room, also floor to ceiling windows should go from floor to ceiling I find.
Staff at check in was extremely friendly, staff nr. 2 didn‘t/couldn‘t or wouldn‘t understand my disappointment (stayed friendly though), staff nr 3 (at check out) reacted well, customer oriented and professionally.
I would not choose this hotel againI have to say.

I was travelling for business. I was given the usual room and the size of it was horribly small, it was almost impossible to be in that really small space. All furniture was clean and in ok condition but looked extra old. The whole hotel gave me some sort of USSR hotel vibes. The light in my bathroom was sparkling and the bathroom did not look extra clean and new. I indicated that there would be 2 people arriving and they put me 2 glasses, towels for 2 people but the stuff like soaps, shampoos were still for 1 person for some reason. The brand of it was nice. I had almost no daylight in the room and then it was getting warm in a second but I could not cool it off since the windows could not be opened so I had a horrible night sleep. Finally, the location is not quite city center, and all facilities like pool and gym are difficult to attend as they are busy all the time and with COVID not many people can be there. One sauna was closed, another was packed and electrical so you had to spend at least 15 min there before it got relatively warm.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Anna C. I am truly sorry that you were unhappy with the size of your room and the number of certain amenities. We are always happy to bring up additional items to your room, so do request it with us next time. I also deeply regret that you found it warm in your room and that because of that you did not have a great night's sleep. The temperature can be adjusted per room; our team is available 24/7 to help with that. I hope we will have another chance at welcoming you and exceeding your expectations in the future. I stayed in your hotel with my wife for a 5 day stay in Eindhoven. This stay in your hotel for a junior suite with breakfast and parking for 5 nights cost me 962.70 euros. Unfortunately a major event called us to Switzerland for a medical emergency.
We asked 2 days in advance if a return of money for the last night would be possible. After insisting and after 3 requests at reception, we were only refunded 1 night's parking and 2 tourist taxes, i.e. 25 euros.
We are extremely disappointed with the reception and the response from the reception. The manager did not move from his office to convey his response - what courage -.
Moreover you hide behind the fact that you have to ask booking.com for this request.
this does not prevent you from renting the room the next day and cashing 2 breakfasts.
This welcome is not worthy of a 4-star hotel and you do not honor the profession or the Dutch. Disappointed, very disappointed and I'll be sure to advertise you, but you don't care I guess.

Of course I realise that outside the holiday period I would not get a room including the excellent breakfast and parking for 80€ , but the deal we got in mid July was incredible for a hotel of this standard . Rooms are comfortable too, but the real advantage is that the bustling centre of Eindhoven is just a 5 minute walk away. Best of both worlds, as hotel was very quiet. Pool an added bonus.

The hotel needs to be renovated urgently. The infrastructure is outdated and the ventilation is very poor. There is no room service, no valets were available to help me with my luggage and the breakfast was of very poor quality. The room was not clean (there were fingertips on the door handle, for example) and smelled terrible. The elevator was slow and very small (I could barely fit in with my suitcase). Additionally, your restaurant is very "niche" (not everyone enjoys sushi and seafood) and contributed to an awful smell near the elevator area (due to poor ventilation): in short, you should not be cooking fish in a poorly ventilated building for obvious reasons. Finally (and considering the above), the hotel was extremely overpriced (I was charged 340+ EUR for two nights!).

Hotel is quite old. Some furniture and equipment is really out of date and ain't modern in any way. Eg. the a/c controller in bedroom was at least from 1990s, which wouldn't be a problem at all if it worked which it did not.
Cleanliness not that good. Quite a lot of dust in the room and dirty corners. Also, cleaning wasn't very standardized as sometimes they replace your towels, sometimes not. Sometimes you get your cosmetics refiled, sometimes not.
The equipment also differs between the same rooms - I didn't have slippers and bathrobes, however my colleagues did (right next to me).

We booked a ‘superior’ double room, which for the money, £110, was over priced for the size. It also had significant cleanliness issues that I showed photos of to reception. They moved us straight away to an executive suite, so ten out of ten for customer service.
Even the new room could’ve done with a deep clean though, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the safe didn’t work.
The ‘spa’ is so small, you’ll most likely go there once and not enjoy it much. If a hotel with a spa is important to you, book elsewhere.
The breakfast is terrible, cold lumpy scrambled egg and a coffee machine that spits out in undrinkable coffee.
In short, this hotel looks nice at first glance, but needs a diligent eye cast over it and will probably disappoint if you’re day for a long stay.

There is pub across the road, there restaurants very near, but they are relatively expensive. Go over the bridge towards the main town centre and, beyond the disco places, there are a great number of cafes and restaurants that are reasonably priced. We found everyone really friendly. You can have Italian food, snacky food like pizzas , hot dogs, beefburgers and many other types of food.
