We stayed overnight at the campanile in Breda. It was easy to find and on arrival we had a very friendly and informative introduction from the member of staff
in reception .the room was clean and met all our needs. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking , two feather pillows and two synthetic would cover all preferences. We had a sufficient sleep and were again treated in a friendly manner upon checkout. We would use Campaniles again for overnight stays

Exactly the sort of staying the night over as I expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, I liked the self service using the the orange press for orange juice. The room furniture was OK, the Bathroom furniture had some small dents showing it was a bit aged. Personally I would hange the toilet a bit higher.

I arrived to 1pm when the checking is for 2pm. Ok my room is not ready normal. However we bring a sandwich after this long road. We would like to eat on the restaurant but we are not allowed. So finally we eat outside. When we finished around 1.45pm and de start to wait to the entrance, at this moment we get the card for the room instantly... Our room was ready earlier (great) but they prefer to wait until we finish to eat outside instead of coming to tell us the room is ready to be able to eat inside. For that the service could be better for customer.

I stayed 2 nights and wanted to pay for 1 with a gift card. When I arrived they simply refused my gift card and lied straight to my face about the reasons.
I used a voucher and exchanged it for a gift card on a website. After I did that both the e-mail and the attached pdf said clearly 'all you have to do now, is print this pdf, bring it to the hotel and you can pay with it'.
Well they didn't accept that. Apparently you had to call them up before you make your reservation. They said it was in the e-mail and on the website and I had to literally show the e-mail to them before they accepted it wasn't in there. But I still had to call them because it 'said so on the website'. That's when I get annoyed.
If the mistake is mine, I pay up. When they are in the wrong they admit it and make you pay either way.
Even worse, their explanation to this process was that they only have limited rooms for these gift card and the hotel was full. But... just minutes before that they were searching for my reservation and accidentlly reveiled that the next reservation that used the same type of gift card... was WEEKS after mine.

Beste Gast, Wat vervelend om te horen dat er verwarring is ontstaan omtrent het boeken en verzilveren van de gift for you voucher. Echter klopt het wel wat onze collega heeft aangegeven. De beschikbaarheid dient eerst met het hotel besproken te worden alvorens de voucher verzilverd kan worden. Dit mede door dat het hotel ook volgeboekt kan zijn of bijna vol, dit was ook het geval als ik naar het verhaal kijk. Vervelend dat het onduidelijk was voor u, wij gaan hier zeker naar kijken of wij dit kunnen meenemen in de verbeteringen. Wel willen wij vooropstellen dat onze collega niet loog, enkel de voorwaardes voor u benoemde. Zij vind het dan ook erg vervelend om te lezen hoe uw ervaring is geweest met ons hotel, wij hopen dan ook dat wij een tweede kans mogen krijgen om te laten zien hoe fijn een verblijf in ons hotel hoort te zijn. Easy to find, lovely clean hotel with friendly staff.
We used this hotel for an overnight stopover prior to going to Efteling which is about 30 minutes away.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming.
The room was large and the bed really comfortable.
There was a kettle and tea and coffee and a couple of lotus biscuits in the room, the front desk staff were happy to replenish these items upon request.
The bathroom was a good size and the shower had good pressure.
Breakfast was plentiful and again the staff were very welcoming.

Spent 2 nights there. When I checked out, I asked the lovely receptionist if she can fill my water bottle at the tap for the road (as I always do, never had any problem!). She thinks for a few secondes and litteraly answer : "No, it is not possible."..........
Well, it might just be a small detail but it just says a lot about the mentality of the place. You only get what you pay for! Don't dare asking for water at the tap.
Not even talking about the parking lot that just look like a ghetto and that other employee who had us to checked out to recheck in the very same room. Great organisation, great mentality 👌

This is the biggest Campanile, in terms of room numbers, we have stayed at. The rooms are in good order and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a limited choice of meals but they are of good quality. The car park appears to fill quickly which may result in having to use street parking.

I booked a double room in June, few days before my business trip (price 59 €). The hotel is about 3 km far from Breda city centre, but there is a bus stop closed to the hotel. The room was large and clean. There is free wi-fi connection and the possibility to rent a bike directly in the hotel, asking to the reception desk. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. High - medium quality, cheap price.

We found this to be an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. The bedrooms were well furnished and the beds very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent so with free parking, free wifi, tea and coffee in the room and a good location near the motorway but far enough away to be quiet what more could you ask for

We booked this hotel for 5 nights for the Breda Jazz Festival, wanting to be slightly out of town but primarily for safe, free parking for the motorbike. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and efficient and all speak impeccable English. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and serviced every day. It was quiet and we slept very well. The food is good, although we found the breakfast rather expensive and did our own thing after we had found the supermarket en route into town (about a 45 minute walk). There is a bus stop just round the corner from the hotel, takes about 10 minutes. Altogether excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
