The perfect hotel for guests who don't just want to be part of the crowd and who want to create their own story. A stay at the Mabi City Centre Hotel means giving free reign to your fantasies and bringing stories to life; stories imbued with just a hint of those censured scenes of the iconic films of the past. Within the walls of Mabi City Centre Hotel, located in the heart of the historic city centre of Maastricht, a world is created that inspires you to write your own script that is enacted against a backdrop of classic decor in the flamboyant 1920s Art Deco style but with a contemporary twist. Our personal service and luxury facilities create a new impression and experience of freedom.

We booked a family room for one night to celebrate a friends birthday. We had contact upfront our stay to make sure we had a little surprise on our room, bottle of wine, some balloons and a birthday card. We confirmed with the hotel by phone, by e-mail and once more by phone. When we arrived nothing was there. Also the room was really not clean at all. The floors were sticky, dust everywhere, and the worst thing was it smelled like cigarettes. So this was where we had to celebrate her birthday really disappointing. We already went down to tell the reception about the room and we got a free drink but, and also next morning a real friendly guy gave us back 25 euro's for the parking. But after all we paid like 260 euro for this one night in a sticky room so I think that is far too much. I will place my review on tripadviser as well as I'm not happy after this weekend. Most annoying thing, I reveived an email from the hotel where they asked me for feedback. I filled it in and send it back. Didn't hear anything back so why are they asking?

Can you start your stay any better than with a glass of Prosecco upon check in, excellent ! The hotel is right in the town centre but remarkably quiet at night. Once inside the hotel you will see a lot of things that are reminding you of the hotels previous destination, a cinema. A huge cinema projector in the breakfast hall and various subtle details remind you about the past. We booked last minute and paid too much for the room, too expensive at 200 euro per night, for just a common weekend, though still enjoyed our stay.

Hi _satulagi66, Thanks for your feedback and really nice to hear that you had some lovely days in Maastricht. It's really nice to hear that you liked our styling and you had a quiet night in our hotel. The room rates changes per day, depening on the occupancy and the date of the year. Just give us a call for a price update and we will offer you the best rate for that moment. We always give you a discount if you book directly with us and to come for the second time. Thanks again for your review and hope to see you back in Hotel Mabi. Kind Regards, Angelo Hotel Mabi Maastricht

We booked two rooms to see Andre Rieu in July this year. but recently received notification the local council have cancelled the concerts. Andre is honouring his tickets next year but this hotel seems to think they can hang onto pretty much all our money after refusing to move our booking to the corresponding dates next year. They say they have a "policy" which permits this but I question its legality. I would strongly recommend you all take your business elsewhere.

Dear Ukbod, First of all thanks for sharing your experience with us. We understand that it is a great pity that you had to cancel your reservation. Unfortunately, as a hotel, we are obliged to comply with certain cancellation conditions, which we unfortunately do not deviate from. I understand your disappointment, but unfortunately it is the policy we have to use for cancellations. Kind Regards, Angelo - Guest Happiness Server

fine hotel in center - interesting cinematic history of the hotel, superbly implemented in the interior - parking houses very close (unfortunately very expensive) - great breakfast (just a bit expensive per person). .....We will love to stay here again !

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Our hotel aims to provide a truly memorable experience, and we are delighted that we hit the mark for you with our unique design style that captures the spirit of the 1930's and the cinema it once housed. We do regret that you found breakfast expensive; we try to offer a wide selection of quality dishes to suit everyone's tastes. While we do not at this time have on-site parking, we are able to procure discounts for several secure parking garages located near the hotel. Among others, we work together with Q-park De Griend and Q-Park Bassin in order to provide a reduced rate per night for our guests. Please do not hesitate to contact our reception team for further information about this on your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you back on a future visit to Maastricht. Best wishes, Josine Vendrik, Hotel Manager

Great place to stay, wonderful details, delicious breakfast, nice bar, friendly people working there. It is a little bit tricky to get close to the hotel by car, but even the railway p+r is not to far away. Hope to get there again.
