Definitely way too expensive for the quality you get. Shared showers far away from the rooms and not even access to a fridge if you want to keep something cold. In summary the worst. I would not recommend it.

Staying in this hostel is an incredible experience! Never before have I spent a night on a boat or ship so it was unusual for me. The rooms are small but contain everything you might need. Even rooms with shared bathroom have own sinks. The greatest advantage of this place is location - very close to the center but in...

There is a reason this is the cheapest hotel in Maastricht, and it's still too expensive for what you get. Our room was a double with shared bathroom facilities - we got two single duvets on the bed and two hand towels, and because we'd expected there to be a bath towel I had to borrow one from my brother...

Wouldn't recommend staying here for more than 2 days. Price is okey but the rooms are small, barley any ventilation just a small circle window. Rooms can get very warm and you hear everything. I hear my next door fart and snore. Wasn't pleasant

Botel Maastricht is on the river Maas next to the Maasboulevard in the heart of the city centre of Maastricht. Next to Stayokay hostel. Breakfast was simple continental breakfast but it was nice. I sitted beside of window and enjoyed of view of river, birds. They provide orange juice, coffee or tea, slices of brown and white bread, a bread...

Very poor value for money. The cabin was unbearably hot with minimal ventilation. The cabin was too cramped, bunk beds would be a better option. The toilet was leaking sewage and although the staff atemped to fix it, they were not entirely successful. Breakfast was €7 per person and was very limited. The bread was of low quality and there...

Pros: for travellers on a strict budget, as we were, you probably won't find cheaper accommodation in Maastricht during the Andre Rieu concerts. It is within a 15-20-minute walk of the Vrijthof square; it is across the road from the lovely little Stadspark, and is next to the Hoge Brug – walk across, and on the other side, on the...

We stayed at the Botel primarily for its location and proximity to an Andre Rieu concert. A fun, quirky, great value for money experience. The customer service and breakfast we received was delightful so a big thank you to all the friendly staff. Pre show drinks on the river added enormous value to the whole occasion and the ability to...

As the summary, you get what you paid for. This has a great view of the River Maas (It’s a boat). Service is reasonably nice. They even did a free laundry service for me. But room was really cramped and it not that comfortable for a long stay

As we are a family of 5 is always hard to find places to stay that are not very expensive and well located. The Botel was a good option for us as it's walking distance to the centre and we could get 3 cabins. Kids were happy, Wi-fi was working and breakfast was good. Our cabin number 39 was very...
